Anamaria | YourTime2B Fitness, Life, Health. I teach Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training for a healthier you. Anamaria |YT2B Yoga is carefully crafted to be original and dynamic. Training with me is fun, it is ‘organic’; you will grow/improve in a natural unforced manner. My strength training methods are used to help you develop stronger joints, better stability/balance and reduce the loss of bone density inherent in people over 20 – 25! I like to use a 360° approach to Fitness Training or Yoga/Pilates. By 360 degrees I mean diet as well, the whole body. Any type of training with me should help to optimize your body’s metabolism. The choice is yours; I will only ask questions and make suggestions based on your expressed goals. I hope to be able to help you put your ‘best foot forward’ independent of which way you turn. This is accomplished by preparing you with better ‘tools’ in advance. — Anamaria Salemi :-)

Established in 2013.
Anamaria has been teaching for 10+ years. She has several certifications, notably; Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and CPR/AED (University of Miami). Anamaria has studied Fitness, Dance, Gymnastics and Yoga since high school and decided to use her skillset to lead/begin her own wellness/fitness/yoga program. Her coaching skills will help you to take a fitness routine and transform it. Anamaria relocated to Miami from Cape Cod, MA in 2010

Annamaria Salemi CPT, YTT
Wellness/Fitness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer/Yoga Teacher Trainer, Cyclist and Swimmer. Anna has 30+ yrs experience. Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Strength, and Aerobics. Anna says «I have stayed connected to the concept of mind/body integration». In 2007 she received her CPT with the National Council on Strength and Fitness. In 2012, Anna was certified as a Yoga teacher in Nepal at the Bihar School. Annamaria shares with her clients the delight and insight of the mind/body in harmony with the world. Her style integrates head/heart/hands; translating as intellect/emotion/action. Her Pilates encourages use of ‘mind focus’ on core muscles, keeping the body in balance, emphasizing breath and spinal alignment. She cycles annually in the Dolphin Cycle Challenge with the University of Miami Sylvester Center Team, where she also teaches yoga.
