Yormack & Associates, P.A. («YA») a law firm focused on the integration of real estate and emerging business law. Mr. Yormack, a Florida attorney, real estate and business broker has a passion for business, real estate, and emerging companies with a particular focus on technology and integration.

On the real estate side of the practice YA offers title services such as commercial and residential title insurance, real property and cooperative lien searches, settlement services, escrow, recording and 1031 exchanges. Through our strategic partner, Kensington Vanguard National Land Services («KV»), a top tier firm with an outstanding reputation, YA act as a title agent to the largest title insurance companies in the country. KV continues to be a great fit with YA. In addition, YA conducts due diligence, research and matches different projects to capital for our clients. Through our daily interaction with, real estate brokers across South Florida and eager capital, we consult on both sides of the deal.

On the business side YA consults, launches and grows new and existing ventures. From concept, business planning, legal structures, intellectual property protection, business writing and financial services through capital funding and profitability. YA value add as a strategic partner is found through our collective experiences managing and participating in new ventures.

History

Established in 2013.

Yormack & Associates, P.A. was the natural progression from Yormack, P.A. which had also been a law firm and consultancy but was focused exclusively on real estate. With additional members added to the team it was time to branch out, rebrand, open up a new shop, and begin as a new firm focused on real estate, title and emerging business.

I am a licensed Florida attorney, real estate and business broker. I am passionate about the business of real estate and emerging companies with a particular focus on technology and integration. I am the founding partner of Yormack & Associates, P.A. («YA») a law firm that allows me to focus on the areas of law and business that inspire me.

I received my J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. I have been a member of the Florida State Bar since 2013. I received a B.S. from the University of Colorado in both Finance and Operations Management.
