Bought a deal through Amazon last year. Couldn’t ever get in touch with anyone. Had to request my money back. Now (1 year later) they are asking me to rate their services (that I never used).

I can’t comment on their garage cleaning service because I could never get anything scheduled.
I bought a groupon from them a long time ago. After attempting to schedule it multiple times, I was finally able to set a date. Of course it was cancelled due to rain and no one notified me of the cancellation. By the time I tried to reschedule — my groupon expired! Sounded like they sold more groupons than they could handle.

I was totally happy with weCleanGarages! They did a great job organizing and cleaning — I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Excelent idea. Two young men came to my house and did an outstanding job. Removed everything from my garage, cleaned the floors, shelves, wiped the stuff and organized it back. Worth every penny!!!

They cancelled because of rain. I trie numerous times to reschedule. They took my mom net and never replied. I would give them 0 stars if an option

This company was great! They did an awesome job. I surprised my husband with this deal from Living social, they said that the majority of people buying this were women (got tired of waiting for our men to do it). There were 3 guys that came, and they worked fast. They took everything out of the garage, swept it, and then put the stuff I wanted back neatly organized, the other stuff was put on the curve. My garage never look so good. My husband was very impressed and relieved that he didn’t have to clean it. I would definitely recommend them. I got a discount off of LivingSocial, and it was very cheap for my 3 car garage. This was 3 years ago.

The professionalism of the owner and his crew were outstanding! What I especially liked was the hallways they created from 2 to 3. This way we can move easier from area to area.

I have had an awful time with this company! I had used them before and had a decent experience. I purchased a package 6 months ago but still haven’t had my garage cleaned out. I did have an appointment scheduled 2 months ago but it was cancelled the day before. Figures! Upon pressing the company they told me that they were having a hard time getting to my area, Charlotte, NC. They did not return one of my phones call. They only text me when I told them I was calling the better business bureau. They did offer for me to wait or issue a refund. I chose refund but alas, I have NOT seen it. I am out my money. Buyer Beware!!!
Update, once I posted this review the owner contacted me by text and stated that any delay in the removal of my post would result in the delay of my refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE! I know that I am not getting my money back.

Would not respond to my MULTIPLE attempts to schedule. I had purchased a Groupon for which i got a refund.

This company is a FRAUD!!! I paid and tried to schedule an appointment… several times. Never heard back from them and I repeatedly tried. I then tried to get someone on the phone. Since I paid for the service, I wanted either the service, or a refund. I kept getting the same guy on the phone who said he didn’t know who I needed to speak with and that I should wait for someone to get back to me. That went on for several months. It has probably been 2 years and I have not been able to resolve this. But, since I got an e-​mail today asking that I review them on Unilocal,I have now done so.

I ordered a deal off of living social for this company and could never get them to respond to a single email or attempt to redeem the offer. Despite contacting Living Social, I couldn’t get anyone to honor the deal and have been out the money. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a different company and not use

I had these guys out a while back and the main problem was them showing up. That was a hassle. I think it took about 6 months. Once they were there, they did an excellent job. They emptied the whole garage and put things back neatly. Some things were hard to find at first but then, after a search around they were tucked in somewhere. Would I use them again? If I needed to I would but I would expect a hassle like last time. They rescheduled 3 times!

I have not seen my garage this clean since the day I moved in. Talk about great service! On time, and very good work. I used to climb over everything to get to something I needed, and now I can park my car with no problem. Thanks guys! A+ !

We had these guys out and they were awesome! They took everything out, cleaned the garage floor, then put everything back in organized!
They also removed everything that we wanted to toss out or donate.

Your staff sent the blast email, and I was too naïve to understand that it was too much for your company to handle. I have 18 pages of documents of the countless of times I have emailed, called and left voice mails to company via website and phone calls to people in your company regarding rescheduling and refunds. After several failed attempts to schedule an appointment, they refunded me my money. Almost a year later, I get an email from YOUR COMPANY asking for another chance. Your company has withdrawn money from my account for services that was NEVER done. Yet, you feel offended because I gave a negative report to the public about weCleanGarages. Buyer Beware! I purchased a voucher from
and have been unable to schedule over the course of 18 months. I have called and emailed countless times and even got so far as to have an employee schedule an appointment, upcharge me for some additional services and then no one ever showed up. I have been trying to reschedule ever since… over a year! Do yourself a favor and clean your garage yourself or get used to the mess… it’ll save you lost money and a headache!

After seeing the work of We Clean Garages I was totally impressed with how their whole operation is run. I was hesitant in giving this company a second chance. The first time I dealt with this company I got no responses with the confirmation of scheduled date. I was successful in getting my money back due to me purchasing this from a popular consumer website.
A few months later I got a personal email for this company asking for a second chance due to high demands. I was impressed that they revamped and enhance their company with more people to provide more services. I needed my garage cleaned and they offered me a great deal for what I needed.
Almost a week prior to my scheduled appointment, I called and emailed them to tell them that I had to cancel my appointment and inquired with how I can get my money back. I received no response to several follow-​up calls and emails.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I received an email stating that they could not do their services due to rain scheduled the following day. It never rain that day! They never responded to my inquiries about rescheduling or refunding my money.
Don’t waste your time and money with this business! I tried numerous of times in contacting them. Bottom line, I paid for services that was never rendered. Yet they still have my money. Regardless how many times you call or email them, you will never ever get a response from them. Yet when they wanted my business in the beginning they responded to me via email and phone calls almost immediately! Now that I want my money back, I don’t hear anything from them. Are these people still in business? I tried for a week to reach them to confirm a cleaning appointment. I received no response to multiple phone calls and emails.

I was very happy with the service. They were extremely hard workers and did a great job in cleaning and organizing my garage.

This is my second time of using We Clean Garages. The first time I used I had purchased their services through Groupon. They took a bit of time to schedule the appointment the first time due to the high depend through Groupon. After their service it surpassed any mishaps encountered. They were courteous and quick. They took everything out of the garage and completely cleaned the floors. Once that is done they ask you where you want things placed. The 2^nd time I used their services they did not have any Groupon deals, but because I was a return customer they gave me a great price. Love them and will continue to use on a yearly basis.

After having some trouble in communicating with WCG they did finally respond. A scheduled meeting was missed but I think they were just over-​booked after a great response to the vouchers they offered. Even though we were unable to successfully schedule before my Living Social voucher expired they promised to honor it and finally did.
The 2 young men that came were polite and efficient. My garage was totally packed with assorted boxes and tools, we would not have been able to clean AND organize it within 2 hours, but I really only needed everything removed and the garage cleaned and pressure washed. They replaced shelving after the cleaning and they carried a few heavy things back for me after placing the other boxes where I needed them to be sorted through later. They hauled away a few items to trash for me too.
I think this will be a successful business if they can maintain people in different locales, but even though they were obviously overwhelmed they DID honor my voucher and I appreciate the young men who came all the way to Baton Rouge to do the job.

I have positive and negative things to say. First, I think that WCG got in a bit over their head when they offered a national deal through LS. They did not have staff across the country. Eventually they had to send someone from their FL offices to come out to LA (and other cities as well, I assume) to do the large amount of business that the deal created.
I too had issues with getting a call back, email back. I eventually (months later) made my way to their FB page and posted a note. Within minutes I was contacted and within an hour had an appt scheduled. They had apparently hired someone to help with their appointment setting and customer service and people were finally being responded to.
The 2 guys who came to work on the garage were on time. The lead guy came out of the truck and explained the process. I was surprised that there was a time limit (2 hours) but they stayed for 2.5 hours to finish the job and without extra cost. They organized the whole garage, threw out the trash and overall did a great job. However, my package was to include mopping and deodorizing and dusting. That was not done. I didn’t think about it until later so it was too late.
Overall I was happy and maybe as a business owner I cut them more slack than others would. Once I got the appointment made and learned the gist of what had happened I stepped back. They are a legitimate business… who got in over their heads but are still doing their best to service their clients.

Same story as others. i STILL am thinking how much this company sucks and I bought the amazon local voucher back in JANUARY! I am still waiting for a refund. I think this is some shady offshore company something… who knows. I submitted a claim through the better business bureu and guess what? They did not even respond. «shocker». I now (79 $ lighter) feel like it is my responsibility to at least put the info out there on the internet so no one else is a victim like me and this other crew of Unilocalers with the same bad experience. Moral: Stay away, do not purchase, Shady peeps.
Just to update my review: I took the advice of a Unilocaler below, called amazon and got my money back. If this happened to anyone i recommend calling them. Super easy and they were way nice about.

After the initial miscommunication and realization that it was a «window» vs an appointment I would like to change my rating on the actual service that was provided. My garage looks great and the team did more in a short time than I could do in a day.
I would suggest that the home office try to communicate better and that would improve a lot of frustration, however the service was excellent and I love going in my garage now.

I’ve read some not so nice comments about communication and service but I completely disagree. Granted, I didn’t try to call but communicated through email, which was always responded to immediately. They were very accommodating and when I did finally find the time, they arrived early, ready to work. They cleared my garage extremely fast and did a wonderful job replacing the «keep» items and hauling away the trash. Cheryl and Penny were very friendly. I was worried that it was two woman, but they handled the job as good as any man and went above and beyond my expectations.
I’ve already recommended them to a couple friends. I am no longer embarrassed to have my neighbors pass my garage while the door is open! Thanks ladies and We Clean Garages!

This doesn’t appear to be a legitimate business. It would appear they are some sort of Living Social scam to get your money for a service they never intend to provide.

The appointment was scheduled through a call-​in phone number; Angie was scheduler. The date selected was 23 September. 2013, my husband’s day-​off. He called at noon, 2 pm and 2:30 pm. Each time the answering machine provided a recorded message ’” you have called
; no one is available at this time”; with instruction to contact a person if the caller had a specific 5-​digit extension, or the caller could provide the first three letters of the person’s name that was to be contacted; [ANG] «No such person at this phone number.»; finally, «dial 0 to speak with the operator.» transferred to another ‘weclean​garages​.com’ answering machine with the recorder message «No one is available at this time.»
Each time I left my contact phone number. I did not receive a call back. The time is now 7:16 pm. It was paid for in advance by a credit card.

Like several other reviewers, I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for this service. After several attempts to set up an appointment by following the directions and using their web form as well as leaving voicemail which went unanswered, I tried emailing. I did get responses then, but they were form letters. Over a month after the deals were purchased, this company seems unable or unwilling to even set up an appointment, much less deliver the pre-​paid service.
LivingSocial would not give me a refund, though they did offer ‘dealbucks’ instead. Since I’d rather not continue to do business with a deal site that doesn’t stand behind their offers, I disputed the charges with my credit card company, got a swift refund and closed my LS account.
I was really looking forward to this service — it’s a great idea and I hope some people are actually getting what they paid for. I encourage anyone who is considering purchasing services from this company to read reviews carefully (and do check out the filtered reviews, which currently number 99 and are mostly from people with experiences similar to mine. I notice the very first positive review is from Solomon P. Hmmm).

This organization seems like a total scam! I, too, purchased a Living Social voucher. I’ve been trying to over 4 weeks to get a response. I’ve sent 3 scheduling request (per instructions) and called at least 3 times. I’ve never had any one pick up a phone or respond to my scheduling requests. I can understand getting swamped after posting the offer, but what I can’t understand how this company labels themselves as professional, when something as basic as returning a phone call isn’t a priority.
Would love to know who Solomon P is and how to get a hold of him. Not sure these positive reviews a satisfied customers or «plants» to improve their ratings.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the same problem as Hara L. and Loubna B. I also purchased a «discount voucher», but have been unable to have *any* form of communication with this company. I also have the same problem as Bob F. had. (The Let’s just get this stuff in and deal with it later ‘itis”) However Bob WAS able to get a cleaning/​organizing scheduled. I (like Hara L. and Loubna B.) have NOT.
I’ve emailed We Clean Garages three (3) times, and have left three (3) vm’s (during business ours) and I have NOT been contacted. Because they DO NOT have a list of Founders/​Owners/​Management Names on the website, it is IMPOSSIBLE to use their voicemail system b/​c it requires you enter the first three letters of a last name. FRUSTRATING! to say the least! And I understand about being inundated with customer scheduling issues and handling/​managing of the volume of customers these discount vouchers create. However, I believe in Bob F’s review rebuttal by Solomon, Solomon mentioned hiring an assistant to handle the incoming appointments pouring in via telephone, and emails. Solomon, hire more people!
Also, I would NEVER have bought this voucher if they did not service the San Jose/​SF Bay Area of California. But it states on THEIR website they do, which is why I purchased this voucher.
I would LOVE to have We Clean Garages come to my house, I/​we *NEED* this type of service. However if Solomon, or someone does not contact me by the end of this upcoming week (8÷19−8÷23−2013) I will have NO other option other than to try and get a refund and leave another MORE DAMAGING review. In which I do NOT want to do! And it looks as if I’ll have to hire a regular house cleaning service instead. I *DO* recommend Mello Maids (in silicon valley area of CA only) Maria (Owner) is fantastic, and will do this service if I need her, but I would prefer to try We Clean Garages.

I purchased this as a Living Social deal, and I’m guessing a lot of other folks have done the same. I’ve left a couple of voice mails, and reached out to them on their website but I haven’t received a response.
We (Don’t) Clean Garages.

I admit I was totally skeptical. I bought the living social deal and found it hard to believe that they were going to do this in a few hours. Like Bob F (whom I do not know) we had the same issue, how garage became the «go to» storage space that we would ‘get too” My husband could barely get around the car (and we have a two car garage). We are talking years of stuff and days worth of work. or so I thought.
Samuel and Penny showed up within the time frame as promised, the night before I emailed Solomon and he was very quick to respond, In fact I had no issue with him responding to me via email at all. He has been great about it. Anytime I had a question he was there with a quick response.
The team and I worked to clean, organize, toss and donate, Penny was on one side of the garage sweeping and cleaning and organizing with really no direction for me but did a fantastic job. Samuel went above and beyond helping me stack and sort and hauled all that trash (and there was a lot of it)
I wish I could post photos here because it is like night and day. my husband is on a business trip and will be WOWED when he gets back, I couldn’t ask for a nicer team and they did a wonderful job. I am no longer mortified to open the garage door when neighbors are around. again I can’t thank the team enough. it was a great experience from start to finish. DO NOT HESITATE, I promise you will love the results!!!

My previous post got some quick attention. Solomon called me soon after my posting and we scheduled our service for today. He explained that with the social media advertising he’s been deluged with new business. He said that he addressed this good problem to have by hiring a full-​time scheduling person. His explanation seems reasonable.
The Experience: The We Clean Garages people were on time, presented themselves well and got straight to work with my wife’s supervision. They were really FAST and very thorough! They made some great suggestions regarding where we might best put some things and optimized the floor space. If we’d have done this ourselves, we probably would have spent far too much time debating «should this go here or should this go there,» which is a pointless exercise, but it’s «our stuff.» Having someone not attached to possessions making good suggestions probably saved us a lot of headaches.
The Results: Our garage hasn’t looked this good since before we moved into this house. Moving is definitely not fun and we did it ourselves, so we never really organized things well from the start. It was a «let’s just get this stuff in there and worry about it later» but «later» never came for eight years until today. It just got worse over time and we didn’t like to open the garage door lest the neighbors see inside… now we’ll be showing it off!
I will be recommending We Clean Garages to our friends and neighbors!
