From another reviewer: «Like others have said, when you try to get in touch the designers are often at a meeting or out to lunch.» This is 100% true. Once they have been paid, and you actually manage to get in touch with them, they will let you know that any changes or help needed is an annoying waste of their time. They were unable to make very basic changes discussed when the site was viewed before going live, even though they stated they would be done right away. After finally contacting them after they were out to many ‘meetings’ and ‘lunches’, they still did it wrong. Don’t expect basic English spelling or sentence structure on your site to be correct. As far as timeline, they take an absurdly long time to complete a site. We only knew ours was completed because we would contact them periodically, and one time they said ‘oh yea, your site’s done.’ Thanks for the notification. I have shown the code to three experienced developers who have all said it is a complete mess. When we asked where a certain section could be found, instead of providing an answer, the response was that any developer should be able to find it. Not only can you expect a delayed, subpar product but in addition to their incompetence they are also obnoxious. The comment by another reviewer saying he was actually challenged to take legal action and that the owner has so much experience dealing with those issues goes to show you customer satisfaction is the last thing on their mind. Stay away from this company.

Great costumer service! I highly recommend this team. My design was beautiful and completed very quickly. Reviews are a little tough on this, its a great price for quick results. I was recommended by a prior customer that was also happy with the product. All my questions were answered and i know i can call back and make changes if i need it!

Just look at the reviews 11 upset clients and 5 friends writing reviews for them they even hid the negative reviews due to «content».
I have to go ahead and second Henry p.‘s review quite frankly I have never met a more conniving and unprofessional service in all my years. First off once you pay them you become level 0 priority on their list. If you ask them to edit or make changes to your site before they launch it, if they ever manage to finish it, they will gladly let you know that your wasting their time and that there will be extra fees that you have never been informed of. Also if you have a certain deadline do not expect them to have it done by then.
When working to launch a website there has to be editing and changes made to the website to the costumer’s satisfaction quite frankly I am quite unsatisfied customer. Also in the contract I signed for a 2 page site for 299.00 and now they are trying to charge me for five no one signed or gave them permission to add those extra three pages.
When I confronted them about the situation via phone I spoke to Gustavo Tosta the Manager and he let me know that he’s dealt with plenty unsatisfied customers prior and if I wanted to I could try and contest it to the bank but he would fight me every step of the way which he stated he has had plenty of experience with, which goes to show that they are obviously not a professional company if they have had so many clients trying to contest their charges.

Horrible experience with Gustavo Tosta and his programmers. Once they had more than 50% of our funds they dragged their feet with our project. Gave us poor choices of pictures and wanted to charge an extra $ 150.00 per picture which were free from
. Had to contact another company and lost my funds with them.
