Trias never disappoints, they are always available and do an excellent job. I have been using them for years and no matter the occasion big or small they always have fresh flowers and beautiful designs. I can always count on them to make me look awesome with my family and friends. Thank you Trias for always being there for me.

Trias just lost a long time customer. I placed an online order to be sent to Ft. Lauderdale. I never received confirmation and it turns out they only deliver in Miami. My order was farmed out to another company, without warning. I had placed an order of Godiva chocolates to go with and orchid and a specific white modern vase. It turns out they sent World’s Famous Chocolates and a brown vase.
No one called to tell me my order was going to have substitutions. Now that I have read the other reviews, I can clearly see that Trias has lost its touch. They offered to go have the order changed. Tacky, tacky, tacky! They would pick up the order that was delivered as a gift and then exchange it! Unbelievable.

If you call the same day (even first thing in the morning) and want something delivered that day, good luck. They are happy to take your money. I was very clear when I placed the order that the recipient left work at 4:00 pm. No problem, they say. When you call to complain about the lack of any flowers, they could not care less. I even spoke to the person who took my order, and she (falsely) told me the delivery person was almost there. Out $ 150. Birthday missed. Way to ruin the day for two people.

We were hosting an event and needed a rather big flower arrangement to fill a space we had. We’re from out of town and needed the flowers pretty quick. Trias was the first sign we saw so we stopped in. The woman at the counter was very helpful to start. We were stuck between two arrangements so she let us come to the back to see the flowers and decide on which arrangement would work best for us. Within 15 minutes we had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We also needed 2 dozen red roses and then ones we got were gorgeous. Thanks Trias for your help!!!

I had had excellent experiences with Trias in years past. Then, Mothers day 2015: flowers I ordered for my mom arrived to my house, with brown spots and drooping (I’ve posted a picture). Roses never opened. Saddest arrangement I’ve seen. Granted, I ordered them on short notice, but there was no mention of a brown wilty-​flower discount. I paid full-​freight for my sagging buds. I emailed Trias about this and sent pictures of said sad flowers through the customer service link on their website. No response. Huge red flag.
But I didn’t post then, because we had had such good experiences that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Then, yesterday, my husband ordered flowers to my office to be delivered today for my birthday. The website let him place the order. Trias called him after 6:00 last night to tell him that they did not deliver to the zip code of my office, and that he would have to use someone else — but it was too late for him to order from anywhere else. When he spoke with them, they were not apologetic, and said that they had no florist who could prepare the arrangement he had selected. They also told him that because he would have to go through another florist, he would not be able to use the credit he had earned through his many prior Trias purchases.
Trias, you used to be the only place we would go to for flowers, but I fear that success has gone to your head, and you’ve forgotten what built your loyal following. We’ll never be back.

The arrangement I received for my anniversary was so fresh and beautiful! Orchids, hydrangeas and tiny roses… it was truly art. And I enjoyed it for over two weeks! Thank you:)

Maybe it’s because I’ve never been in a tight bind, but I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Trias. What’s so great about having a reliable local flower shop is you don’t have to worry about what those online bouquets really end up looking like, because your arrangements come fresh and ready for display in your home or office.
Most recently, a friend sent me a surprise bouquet. I received a call that they were outside my apartment but I wasn’t home at the time. I called them back when I was home, and the sweet delivery man returned to my place to drop them off. It was so appreciated and really turned my not so great day around.
From anniversary and «I’m sorry» bouquets from the boyfriend, birthday and holiday arrangements from friends, and all that’s in between, Trias has made my life better and brighter!

Staff hang up on you when you file a complaint. Never delivered flowers for my mother’s birthday and claim could not reach her yet they have my name and number on file to let me know. Never knew until I spoke to mother and never received flowers. No communication with staff. Multiple people calling without knowing I just spoke to other staff members. Family business but not into doing good service to other people’s families!

Don’t order a gift basket from this company. False Advertisement. The mother of a co-​worker of my office died and my boss wanted to send him with a gift basket from the entire office and I needed next day delivery. I went on Trias’s website and picked out a Gourmet Basket and what I received first was a small basket with wine that I did not order. When I notified Trias it was too late for a delivery of the correct basket and it was Friday. I instructed them to please deliver to my home on Saturday and instead of making my delivery a priority because of their error they made me wait until 3:30 in the afternoon ruining my day and they delivered a basket with half the items in it which they have no explanation or apology for it. I’m so frustrated with them and I will never order from them again.

Trias helped make our wedding florals absolutely stunning. Our bridal consultant, Jennifer, was attentive, responsive, creative and just a pleasure to work with. She helped bring our vision to life and we really couldn’t ask for anything more!

My fiancé’s family introduced me to Trias Flowers. My first bouquet from my fiancé was a gorgeous arrangement of lilies for my college graduation. He and his family had been using them for years, but I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to hire a «regular flower shop» for something so grand as a wedding. But my hesitations were completely wrong! The bridal department of Trias is amazing! I came in with my Pinterest boards and not much else– just the vision of having wild flowers and working with the natural setting of our wedding venue. After two awful floral interviews beforehand, I also knew that I didn’t want traditional looking centerpieces. Jennifer was amazing at identifying the best flowers that would complete my vision, and she even worked with my mom, fiancé and I to find more cost-​appropriate versions of the flowers. For example: we used blue delphiniums over blue orchids in our bouquets because they cost less and the delphiniums actually looked more blue! This was something I would have never known, and the other two florists didn’t mention it.
Though our wedding followed the American rustic/​whimsical theme of the summer, we had pretty complex center pieces. Some were large bushy arrangements of lilies, succulents, sunflowers, etc. But then we also had large cylinders with submerged flowers, and a third centerpiece that contained a live orchid and live succulents. Jennifer and her team worked really hard to make my vision come to life and I was so impressed with everything from the bouquets, to the boutonnieres, the centerpieces, and even the small arrangements we had for cocktail hour and along the bar.
Trias has now made me a lifetime customer and I look forward to working with them again.

Unless you want to look like a complete asshole in front of your loved ones, do not purchase flowers from these incompetent idiots. My boss asked me to find a florist and some nice options for his wife on Mother’s Day. I chose Trias because their website had what looked like their own original flower arrangements (unlike 90% of other florist companies that copy and paste the same arrangement pictures from 1800flowers). Anyway, I thought their arrangements were beautiful and unique, and so I chose a few nice options to let him decide on the final one. I placed the order online on Friday and immediately received a confirmation email. Card was charged instantly as well. On Saturday I call them just to be double sure, and confirm the order again. The girl said everything was fine and the flowers would be delivered the next day, Sunday, May 11^th.
Today it is Monday, May 12^th, and guess what?! THE ASSHOLES DELIVERED 0 FLOWERS. My boss says he spent the entire day calling them, trying to figure out what the hell was going on, but no one could give him a straight answer, except that they would get delivered. These fucktards didn’t even have the decency to tell him the truth, «Sorry sir, we are just so full of ourselves that we think we can handle a high volume of clientele but in reality we’re all just a bunch of moron thieves that really only want to take your money and take business away from other florists who I’m sure would have delivered a beautiful arrangement to you with no problems. We spend most of our money on an awesome website to deceive people and make them think we are a legit serious business, but in reality, we just sit here and laugh as we watch ourselves ruin Mother’s Day for all of you today.»
So in conclusion, unless you don’t give a crap about the person you are sending flowers to, DO NOT give these people your money. I mean really, how hard is your job? If you can’t handle the amount of orders you’re getting in, then put a stop to it. Don’t just lie to your customers and tell them they are getting flowers that you know damn well you were never planning to deliver. I hope this shit hole closes down. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

It makes me sad to write this review. I’ve been using Tria’s for 20 years, but they have gone steeply downhill in the last 2 years. I gave them two chances to keep my business, and was disappointed both times. Christmas 2013 I sent a bouquet for delivery that was ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING when I got to my friends house and saw it. I called and was offered $ 10 back. Wow. Very generous. The next time I used them was a few weeks ago. Also disappointing. When I called, they offered a full refund– if they could pick up the flowers from my aunts!!! Holy awkward, Batman! I’m done with Tria’s. For Mother’s day, I’m trying Hirni’s… We’ll see if they’re any better.

I like it I install some shutters at my home but I needed more life plants, flowers, something, but I didnt know what to use. They help me out for real :)

I have received several arrangements from them. Very poor quality and the flowers die super fast. The last arrangement had roses. The petals fell off the same day I received it. Horrible…

The service is the worst I have ever received. Do NOT use them if you are planning your wedding they are disorganized and expensive.

After being burned by 1−800FLOWERS one year (If you’re hispanic you know the saying «lo barato sale caro») I went local and placed an order with Trias.
Talk about redemption! This year I’ve used Trias twice — Valentine’s Day and my wife’s birthday. Both times, ordering was easy (on-​line) and delivery was made earlier than I suspected. The quality of the flowers were gorgeous (tulips, then orchid).
They are a bit pricey, but this is something you don’t compromise on. If you want it done right, go with Trias.

I’ve used Trias a few times now, and I really like their customer service. I’m used to paying way crazy New York prices for florals, so I think Trias’ prices are an absolute bargain. The Great quality and inventive arrangements make me very happy.
I’ll continue to use them for local Miami delivery.

I am beyond to see others give so many stars. I along with a few friends will NEVER go to TRIAS. They lack professionalism and are way overpriced. go to TERRAS FLOWERS ASK FOR HEIDI. I went to trias to have an appt after hearing about them in the knot. My now husband and I went there and waited almost an hour while. so much for an appt. while the one person there was on the phone. Not only did she seem bothered but then we got no return call. I constantly called back to get the final quote and they never called back. Obviously they werent smart and lost my business. Now my 4 engaged friends have been warned and are going elsewhere.

Trias Flowers always excelled at customer service and quality products. The only reason I give them 3 stars instead of 5, is because my wife read and carefully followed all the instructions in the bouquet pamphlet, and 90% of all the flowers died within three days.
They gave me a replacement bouquet, which was great, but the bouquet was significantly smaller and they also died in three days.
I’m not sure if they were fresh or not, but something was killing the flowers too quickly. I still like their service, competitive prices, and quick deliveries, so they do deserve a good rating.

They are fantastic. I do not live in Miami but most of my family does. I use them for all special occasions. They always do beautful work and are reasonably priced. I have tried going through other nationwide florists in the pasts and what they end up delivering is garbage compared to what trias provides at same pricepoint. They also offer same day delivery at prices cheaper than the other nationwide florists.
In addition I am thrilled they are now offering a rewards program that is easy to redeem when placing online orders.
