No… just no… no…hell no!
First of all I came here because of the show and I was so excited
1…this shop is in a flea market… in the hood.
We had 7pm pedicure appointments and waited over an hour and still saw no one. The lady at the front saw us still sitting there and was shocked and tried to find a tech… she even looked outside. No luck. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Crazy right?!
Let’s start with cleanliness, a homeless man could be sitting in the corner and he wouldn’t be out of place. It’s cluttered, the tables are so close together, the floor is just… sigh. No ones using new tools (especially files, mostly from what I saw) Just yuck! I noticed while I was waiting one of the techs was using an old file that clearly wasn’t opened or sanitized that day. Like where is state board when you need them .
Any who we rolled out of there an hour later no pedi’s or any techs looking for us either. No one even apologized for the wait or anything.
Oh and don’t try to grab an über or lyft from there unless you know Spanish, all of the drivers spoke no English! The struggle.
I tried to support a black business… I really did but so much would need to change. I’m sure the people are great but the facility and the surrounding area is a fuck no.

This place is ridiculous. After waiting over an HOUR after my appointment time they finally stated a pedicure. The Spanish lady that was trying to do my pedicure was a joke. I’ve been getting pedicures for 20years and she did NOT know what she was doing! I told her THREE times that she was being to rough and hurting me and she kept saying okay okay… I just up and left. After seeing the hype on TV about this place I definitely DO NOT see it at all. I got there at 445pm and soaked ny nails off (which could have been done while gettung a pedicure btw) and at ALMOST 6 I had to ask what the wait was for. The lady at the front, although polite, said they just got super busy. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF THEY DON’T HONOR IT! Not to mention i was the only white woman in there… and there were SEVERAL black women that were taken back BEFORE me. So now I have bare toenails and fingernails after almost TWO hours! I’ve seen Tippie Toes go from another nail salon in the Flea to one of the best shops in Miami, and I’m still tipping my hat to you Dana :) If you want quality, ROD! And Annie. And I won’t let anyone I. The WORLD touch my feet besides X!

I used to come here when she was in the flea market. Since I moved to far to travel to her all the time. I still had to write a 5 star review ! Coby amazing I love her forever. Great friend and nail tech always coming out with new ideas to out shine all others.

I like this place. Very laid back atmosephere. I cannot believe I was able to get a fill in after how horrible my nails looked when I first walked in. My nail technician toke her time and shaped and made my nails actually the way I wanted them. I wish I had a before and after picture lol. This place is cool.

OMG! This is one of my all time favorite nail salons! My nails always turnout GORGEOUS!!! Please Please have any service done while in Miami! Also Ladies, beautiful men do the pedicures talk amazing! All day today people asked and complimented my super gorgeous nails!!! I LOVE THOSE LADIES!!!

I went here yesterday for the first time. Lily did an amazing job on my hands and Lexus took care of my feet. Dorian did a fantastic job navjgating the mess that was supposed to be organization. There was a technician there, who was eating lunch and had no problems with the fact that I had been there nearly 3 hours. I heard her say «I’m eating, she can wait. «Very poor taste, in my opinion, but hey, who’s taking score? Her horrible, unprofessional attitude didn’t rain on my parade, it just made me sad. Sad that we were told that the person displaying this lovely customer service is supposed to be best in the salon. Her attitude did NOT reflect that. I’m shouting out a great place, with lots of potential, that obviously has some rotten apples in the bunch. Kudos to everyone except Ms. Nasty Attitude. YOU may have appreciated that I’m a great tipper!

I disagree with above I went here and love it doneita did my nails and a great job I will be back. There was people on their phone but it was quiet and no client please don’t judge this place by reviews it’s totally welcoming and I don’t take it as a joke or entertainment when you call that was just rude. One person bad experiences doesn’t make a salon. I don’t like when people put business down when it’s not true

Lmao! These people are crazy! They don’t know what’s a Unilocal app. They don’t know their hours of operation. They say there is no one there and they are there to pick up the phone. This business is a joke. Would not recommend it to anyone!!! Stay away from this place! Call them if you are up for a good laugh.
