Do yourself a favor and just struggle with the crowded post office! The attendant at this location was extremely nice; however, after I brought in a few presents to ship I was told that the package would arrive on Friday 12÷28− have a receipt showing this exact information. Well, now it turns out that ups actually is stating no delays on the package and the date of delivery is jan 2, 2013. I was explained numerous theories as to why the mix up could have occurred by the pack and ship store– but truthfully I don’t care… If I was promised one thing then that’s what I should be given(in this case a delivery date). If by any chance they could’ve been sincere and mentioned that the package would leave later than promised, well I could’ve paid extra and had. It delivered sooner, but I was not given that option. What ever happened to customer service and attempting to have the customer come back? Next time, I’ll just drive down the road to the post office and just deal with the unbearable packed post office.

I’ve had so many negative experiences at this place, but because of the location convenience for me I keep giving it chances, but today was the last one. The only times I ever have a pleasant experience are when I come in to drop off an already packed package with postage already paid. Whenever I have to have something packed and pay for shipping it takes forever to get out of the store… I’ve had employees on personal phone calls on their cell phone while I stand at the counter waiting. Not to mention I always leave wondering how the bill got so expensive. Today was the last straw… I came in to ship an item I sold on ebay with postage already paid and I still ended up paying nearly $ 20 for a box with peanuts. They charged me $ 3 labor to put the box together(5 minutes). Do yourself a favor… save the money and ship directly from the post office. If you think you’re saving time by going here, you are mistaken. At least at the post office you expect to wait LOL

This little tiny shipping store is the best place to go to pack, send out mail, make a copy of a key, rent a P.O. box, send a fax whatever. The owner Derek Boos and his employees are ALWAYS so friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I always leave with a smile. The store deals with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, so whatever you want to ship out, you have everything at your fingertips.
