Best dry cleaning Service I’ve ever received. Every time I travel I make sure to get all my clothing ready before going back to my hometown. I heard from this dry cleaning. They came to my hotel and picked all my clothing and had it all ready and back in the hotel the same day for an excellent price. I would recommend it to everyone. 2 thumbs up!!!

They always break The shirts buttons. I have travel abroad and find out my shirts ruined. I asked Rafael how to fix this and they only offer to replace them and that’s it… They are the worst

Quick hassle-​free pick up and delivery. However, my new shirts came back looking pretty worn last time. They look like I’ve had them for a while even though I only wore them once. Also, the ironing around the collar could be better. Attention to detail is a must, as is extending the life of people’s clothing. I hope this is not a sign of things to come because when I first started using their services I felt they did a great job.

Drycleaning Factory is a game changer for me! No longer do I spend my entire Sunday afternoons doing laundry and folding everything, but let’s be real it was more like I’d do half my laundry and it’d get wrinkled from me not folding it and the other half would be done frantically midweek when I run out of things to wear. Regardless, these guys make it so easy.
All I have to do is leave my big bag of laundry at the concierge in the morning and I get everything back just a few days later. Typically a weeks worth of clothes and towels (including workout clothes and a few days where I had some wardrobe changes) comes out to be around $ 30 for me. That’s a little cheaper than ZoomLocker with less work and just a bit than if I had lugged it all to a laundromat and done the whole thing myself. I’ve only done wash and fold so far but they do a fantastic job so I’ll probably give up ironing pretty soon too and use them for dry cleaning as well. Everyone I’ve spoken to over the phone is really nice and my stuff is always picked up and delivered on time. Drycleaning Factory is easily the best dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had!

This is by far the worst dry cleaning company i ever had. Sent a 1,500 dollar dress and first they lost it for a month and when found it was ruined. When asked for money back the owner reaction was completely rude, unprofesional and arrogant. They did not give the dress back or paid for the dress. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this people. BAD BUSINESS, BAD COSTUMER CARE.

Avoid this place by all means. My husband and I used it for a while because it’s the one our building offers but their service has become very disappointing. They are unreliable, they ruined the color for one of my favorite dresses (a Juicy Couture dress), they told me to return it so they’d try to fix it, and then NEVER RETURNED IT TO ME, and we haven’t even got the courtesy of a response. Clothes SMELL BAD after dry cleaned, which is unacceptable. Besides, I’ve gotten other people’s bags with our name on it, which shows what a mess they have! If you care about your clothes, do not use The Drycleaning Factory.

Avoid this place like the plague. Incredibly unreliable service and very poor quality dry cleaning. Not only did they lose my bag of clothes multiple times when I was using them, but they stained one of my shirts and completely messed up the press on my suit pants. I sent those items back and they did not address the issues and actually made the pants worse, so I sent them back for the third time. Of course they lose my bag again and finally after three days of trying to get my clothes back for a business trip I gave up and moved on.

Reasonable pricing, super fast delivery and positive customer service (rare in Miami). I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Rafael «Rafi» and to me, he was courteous, efficient and always willing to go above and beyond to make the customer experience pleasant. Clothes were delivered to my condo building downtown Miami on time, during rush hour traffic.

I love them. The staff in office and the drivers are amazing. My clothes are always cleaned smelling fresh and neatly folded. Pricing is very reasonable & never any complications.
Great thing is they work around your schedule for pickup and dropoff.

I have been using this dry cleaner for the last 2 ½ years. Rafa, the owner is always on top of everything and always there to help. Our clothes always come back quickly. If there is ever anything that I am not 100% happy with, he takes care of it quickly and always makes everything right.

Been using the Dry Cleaning Factory for almost 4 months and I find their service to be reliable and competent. They pick up and drop off in my bldg in Brickell area — the process is seamless and the service is prompt and well done. They email you with special holiday operating hours to remind you to get your clothes done. Prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend the Dry Cleaning Factory.

worst place ever ! burned my very expensive designer stuff, and when I called he was screaming and cursing at me !!!
I’m not even talking about all the burnt shirts and 100% of the time nasty smelling clothes after their «cleaning»
