Business Owner

Ms. Tamargo is the founding partner of the Law Firm. As a Miami native she has a deep understanding of the local community’s history, culture, needs and future.

Ms. Tamargo graduated from the University of Miami in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences Degree in International Relations and Spanish. She attended St. Thomas University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2004. After graduation from law school, Ms. Tamargo served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Frank A. Shepherd of the Third District Court of Appeal. She then served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-​Dade County.

After completing her tour in the public service arena, Ms. Tamargo practiced with the law firm of Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLC at its Miami office. At Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLC, Ms. Tamargo specialized in insurance defense. Ms. Tamargo primarily represented defendants in cases involving premises liability and negligent security, foster care
