Sunset Bay Apartments

Moved in January of 2014. Very nice and updated. You can not beat the price. The units come with washer & dryer, dishwasher & basic cable. I was very happy and comfortable at the beginning. However in late April suddenly the whole entire office staff was fired which was very surprising to me because they were all great & extremely helpful. A new staff came in and they’re just the complete opposite. Shortly after about a dozen tenants got their June rent checks stolen. Staff didn’t even know until everyone was complaining as to why they got an eviction notice when they paid their rent. These checks were forged and cashed by the robbers. The staff won’t give you a straight answer as to what happened. Was it an inside job or someone broke in? The mail boxes have been tampered with as well. There is no security. Anyone can go in whenever. I didn’t realize the importance of security until all these situations started happening. As for the neighbors I can’t complain. Everyone is nice and to themselves. A lot of families so you have that nice family atmosphere. My only concern is their new management and structure.
