They are wonderful; exceeded my expectations when stitching my work dresses with my logo and name.

if you want a beautiful original custom gift this is the place to go. they can monogram anything from baby outfits to bathing suits, luggage, to purses, to serving platters.
every time I go to this store I see something new that I want! my husband recently went with me and big mistake the man now wants to take everything we own to get monogrammed! he couldn’t believe how awesome this store was — which is testament enough that this girly store can also be a man’s man store.
we took our son to pick out his first bookbag and it was an awesome experience. he loved the store and loved their huge selection! he knew exactly what he wanted for his first prek backpack.
they can monogram things purchased there for same week pick up and can also monogram things you bring in from other stores for a fee. the hardest part is narrowing down which font/​color you want to choose!

the mother and daughter are nice but the clerk there employee who answers the phone is SOO RUDE!

I can’t say enough about the quality of this store. I have personally known the owner for 29 years and she has established such a wonderful company that carries beautiful monogrammed gifts for all ages with amazing service. I’m constantly visiting the store for gifts and encourage all to pass by. You will be pleasantly surprised!

What a darling shop ! Everything about it is cute. Their staff is friendly, the monogramming good quality, and wow, their prices are super reasonable. The location is the only drawback. Kinda out of the beaten path. It seems odd that a shop that adorable picked this particular location… Oh well, their rent must be low thus their bottom line high… Rock on Stitching Around !!!

I have been a customer of Stitching Around for over 3 years now and I still can not get enough of what this little store has to offer. From meeting ALL of my baby needs (I have 2 kids and a rather large family with many babies) to my own personal needs as well. They have beautiful and unique gifts for any occasion and they even offer shipping. As a mother of 2 small children where my time is VERY limited, one of the main things that keeps me coming back for more is their amazing customer service (I sometimes order and pay by phone and when I come by to pick it up they bring it to my car so that I do not have to get the kids out of their car seats). Colleen, Michelle and Carolina have impeccable taste and I always seek their advice on everything from gift ideas to the type of font I should use. This shop is truly one of Miami’s hidden gems and I LOVE it!!!

What a wonderful store! I have had several baby gifts monogrammed, and the embroidery is always high quality. These gifts are always well received as the products are lovely. My club also had our logo embroidered onto polo shirts, and we were very happy with the results. Great service and fast return on orders.

Stitching Around had friendly service (except their manager that ignored customers and was always on the phone) but the quality of their embroidery is horrible. Had only FIVE letters embroidered and resulted in a disaster. Told them I wanted it to span across the entire width of product only to have it CROOKED, UNCENTERED, and definately NOT across the entire width of product. Asked for LARGE letters, they agreed it was do-​able but picked it up with lame 3-​inch high letters. Fabric was also ruined and bunched up behind the crappy embroidery. Width of letters also NOT consistent. They promised large, wide letters but failed and gave excuses like «we cannot predict what the machine can do to the fabric» only to contradict themselves and say «we have done these type of jackets many many times». Other excuses were «that’s as big as the letters can be» even though something else was promised. They didn’t even match the color of the thread to the color of the fabric. They also took a very long time (half a week) just to embroider FIVE letters when I know kiosks at the mall do it in front of you.
They acknowledged that large letters bunch up fabric AFTER it was already done. They could have warned me beforehand so I wouldn’t have wasted my time with them.
Definately did not offer at least half of my money back. Did not offer additional service. Did not offer to fix it. Said «There’s nothing we can do about it.»
I wasted $ 20 on their service but wasted more on a $ 50 jacket that is now useless to me.
