My condo in Sunny Isles was flooded by my upstairs neighbor while I was away on vacation. Needless to say, I came home to a lazy river in my house. I had the same insurance company without ever filing a claim in the pass and called them immediately to report the claim and was hoping they would cut me a check ASAP for me to restore the damaged/​loss items. The running around and the haggling I had to put up with was a nightmare. They didn’t want to pay for ANYTHING and advised I deal directly with the building and the upstairs neighbor. Wtf am I paying this insurance policy if it’s useless when I actually need it.
I though I was all out of options until a friend recommended Stellar. When I called Stellar, the phone was answered after 2 rings by a human and not a machine. It was a pleasant voice on the other end of the line waiting to help me. They came out to the property same day and reassured me everything will be taken care of. Not knowing what that meant, I waited for about 2 weeks when I surprisingly received my claim check in the mail. The amount was enough to cover my damages and then some! Hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it does, this time I’m calling Stellar before I even call my insurance company to file the claim. Stellar does it all for you.

The Insurance settled with stellar adjusting for an amount that the adjusters at stellar was not satisfied with. They continued to battle my case for more money and would not stop until they reached the amount that was deserving and required to repair my home. If you want the job done right just call Stellar adjusting. They will represent you to make sure that you are not short change by any insurance company. I am so happy I found them

If you never heard of a public adjuster, you need to read this. I never knew what a public adjuster was until we had a leak under the floor in our Kitchen that caused damage to our home. When I called my insurance agent and asked them what to do, they told me to call the insurance company but that it probably wasn’t covered. I could not believe what the agent told me but they sold me the insurance policy so I figured they must know what they are talking about.
I decided to look into the issue a bit further and went online to do some research and found Stellar Public Adjusting. I contacted their office and they had someone at the house within 8 hours for a free consultation. They reviewed my policy, documented the damages and told me that I WAS COVERED.
From the moment they came to the house until the process was over, there were different people in different departments helping each step of the way and making sure that I knew exactly what was going on. From the appointment setting to the updates to the inspections to the check endorsement procedures, everything went smooth and i had full confidence in their team.
The adjuster from the insurance company came out and downplayed the damages and tried to get me to accept less than what i was entitled and told me that it could be repaired and he had a friend who could make it look good enough. I didn’t want it to look good enough, I wanted my home back the way it was before anything happened. Stellar Public Adjusting made sure that happened and explained to me the whole process.
I have full confidence in the team at Stellar and do not recommend that anyone file an insurance claim without them.

Glad I hired them. Stellar Public Adjusting assisted in my water damage claim in my condo from my neighbors pipe. They really know there stuff when it comes to claims. They obtained way more than my insurance company initially offered. A very professional company.

This is perhaps the worst public adjusting firm in South Florida. The company has zero response to the customer, even after repeated calls to management not a single one returns a call ever. This is absolutely the worst public adjusting firm. They waited a year to even file lawsuits that they said they were filing 6 months earlier. I have wasted a year now waiting for them to do their jobs and have another 6 months left to wait before I even get an update on the case. Save yourself the trouble and go with another firm.
