One of the worse Starbucks around, I don’t know what the deal is with this place or who they have working in the morning. I have called Starbucks and complained once already. I went in this morning around 0605, all the lights were on and clearly should be open, but the doors were locked with two individuals inside standing there talking and laughing. I then drove around to the drive thru and they didn’t answer. Most Starbucks have nice, welcoming, competent people. This one clearly doesn’t. Don’t waste your time!

Only rating 1 star because of the drive-thru which is slow… wait, super slow. Also, the drive-thru ordering station does not have an awning or cover so you will get wet when it is raining.

Came here for a quick refreshing and delish drink before a Unilocal event. The place was clean, nice and cool inside and had a friendly staff. There was no line so I ordered right away. I always forget what it’s called what I order but the young lady behind the counter had no problem helping me out. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. It was just enough time for me to enjoy my drink and head in to the Unilocal event 4 stores down.

I go to Starbucks almost everyday, this one in particular because of the drive-thru. Yes, sometimes there is a super long line and if you decide you want to get out of it,(or forget your wallet) you can’t. Other than forgetting a few things at times, the overall service is excellent.

NEVERAGAIN! Got stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes!!! No way of getting out once you’ve made the line bc it’s a one lane road up against another building. Cashier girl was extremely rude with an attitude.

I love Starbucks but this one had a guy named Robert and he was not professional at all! Robert didn’t know I was sitting in the store and proceeded to call a customer a fucking bitch because she didn’t want to wait for a food item due to the rain. When did customer service go out the window? Roxanne the shift manager or what ever her title is; is not friendly at all. When my daughter and I walked in we didn’t even get greeted by her, the barista in the drive-through is the one who greeted us. I spoke to Roxanne about the situation I just heard and her reaction was«I was in the back and didn’t hear anything», how convenient! She gave me a number to call but I realized it was just the store number. No problem God don’t like ugly! Another barista came in and she just heard what happened and came over and gave me the proper number to call. Thank you! If Robert stays I sure in the hell won’t be returning!

Avoid this Starbucks! I grew up right down the street and am always a fan of Starbucks. However this one lacks in costumer service and my drink has never tasted the way it is supposed to. I usually take the extra trip to go to the one off 147th and US1 just because they’re so much nicer, quicker, and they make your drink the way it should taste. However, this morning I tried this Starbucks yet again because it was close and it had been awhile since I had given it a shot. Wow! Was I reassured though that this particular Starbucks isn’t up to par. I ordered a «Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap» something I’ve had in the past. Today what I was given was a regular Caramel Frap(Drive-thru sticker still said caramel crunch) and when I asked the girl at the window if what I was given was a Caramel Frap because I ordered the Caramel Crunch her response was«It’s like the same thing» I don’t care if it’s «like» the same thing, it’s not what I ordered. Staff isn’t accommodating. The two stars aren’t because my drink was wrong, to me that’s an easy fix. It’s because the staff is careless.

Avoid the drive-through again I say avoid this drive-through don’t be surprised to be 6,7, 8 cars back in 15 minutes in line and if you bring it up to the staff they dismiss your complaint and say«everybody’s got somewhere to go» when I kindly said I have to get to work. Oh, and the not so nice girl telling me this was talking over me the whole time.

Honestly, I go here all the time to start my school days. The staff is usually chatty and energetic but today was outrageous. One of the baristas was talking to a friend outside the store and nobody opened up the store when it usually opens at 6. I got here at 6:07 and it wasn’t open. I came back and I just left(6:28) and it still wasn’t open, and she was still talking to her friend in the car. I saw at least 4 people drive away. Starbucks is losing sales for this. She was the only barista there.

Usually great, but I’ve had a few times where the coffee just tastes horrible… Need to step up their coffee skills I guess.

Tall Skinny Peppermint Mocha Frap(or Latte) w/a Peppermint Cake Pop, please! OR… Tall Skinny Mocha Coconut Frap(or Caramel or Java Chip) …either of these work for me and I love ordering them from THIS particular, friendly neighborhood Starbucks. It’s closest to home, never packed and they have a drive-thru(with a camera which was really scary when the guy said he liked my sunglasses — cool, but scary). It’s also on the way to BOA or the car wash. Convenient? I think so!

All right, a Starbucks that I haven’t reviewed! Décor-wise, this one has seen better days. In fact, I believe that this is one of the only«older» locations in the Miami area that hasn’t received an interior makeover. I think that the reason for this is because the vast majority of the business here comes via drive-thru. If you do go inside, it’s one of the very small stores, not much larger than a mall kiosk. Yet it’s not unpleasant, and there are a couple tables outside, set more than far enough back from US1 as to not feel threatened by a runaway auto. Sometimes it smells a little funky inside, but remember, this is one of the older locations. Unlike at some other SBUX drive-thrus, here, the inside service doesn’t suffer.

The couple of times I’ve been here the place is not packed at all, it’s awesome! The employees are nice and accommodating with orders and to top it off, this place has a DRIVETHRU! It must be illegal for them to be this near my house and have this option lol. It also helps that it’s next to T-Mobile & Bank of America.

Dear Starbucks, Man, thank God for your app. I found you in a moment of desperation, stuck in traffic on US1, no coffee, my mind not 100% there… And then the app found you, and you had a drive-thru! It was as if the angels came down from heaven themselves and ensured I found you. :) The service was quick, considering the daunting line I found when I arrived. But I was ordering before I knew it and paying even sooner. You got me to work with a delicious breakfast sandwich(sausage) and an awesome latte. Thank you for saving my life, SabrinaAnna*

During my 4 years of undergrad at UM, I used the drive-thru of this Starbucks at least twice a week. It’s convenient and on the way to class. Their servers are always prompt and kind. They don’t really know how to make the«secret menu» drinks, but if you walk them through, they deliver. Since I graduated, I don’t come by as often, but it’s definitely my goto Starbucks.

This is the closest Starbucks drive-thru to where I live – and it works. Nothing more, nothing less. Service is good, but falls short of being consistent. Baristas are friendly and quick. Far, far better than the drive-thru location further down S. Dixie in Coral Gables.

I’ll keep this review short and sweet, just like the cozy atmosphere of this Starbucks. Lizette Q joined me here for tea(well I had chamomille tea & plain bagel — post doc’s office — and she had a coffee drink and pastry which I was tempted to grab :) The staff was friendly and prompt with serving our drinks and breads, the Brazilian jazz playing was a nice background, and I liked the fact it wasn’t that crowded even on a Saturday morning.
