Our state of the art facilities allow us to use the most advanced techniques resulting in soft, smooth, hair-​free skin. In addition, we offer Botox and fillers, body contouring, and laser nail treatments. Our laser hair removal process works to leave your skin soft and supple while eliminating hair growth over time. The revolutionary technique is called Candela GentleYAG.

GentleYAG lasers come in multiple configurations to fit your specific needs — GentleYAG HR for unparalleled hair removal; GentleYAG SRT for skin rejuvenation through wrinkle reduction; or the GentleYAG VR for superior leg and facial veins removal. All models are upgradeable.

We offer a wide selection of facial treatments. Our European facial treatment is customized according to your specific needs. It offers the benefits of cleansing, exfoliation and extraction. Our other facial treatments include customized chemical peel with facial, specialty facial treatments which include a deep cleanse and mini peel with microdermabrasion. We will sit and consult with you prior to your selection to ensure that you choose the facial that best matches your needs.

Spyros Laser Medspa has been serving the Miami area since 2010. Our mission is integrating medical-​aesthetic treatments with a personalized product regiment to ensure the best results with the best equipment.

Our Medical Director is dedicated to quality, safety, and professionalism. Dr. Frank Maderal is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been in private practice in South Florida for over 25 years. He has served as Chief of the Medical Staff at local hospitals and also served on Board of Directors of two Dade County Hospitals. He is past President of the Dade County Medical Association.

Business Owner

Francisco Maderal, M. D, is one of the leading specialists in non-​surgical enhancements in South Florida. He is a respected physician who has operated a private practice in Miami for nearly 25 years. Dr. Francisco Maderal obtained his medical degree from University of Dominica. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Charity Hospital in New Orleans and at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. He went on to complete his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Louisiana State University Medical Center. Dr. Maderal is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and has been in private practice in South Florida since 1986. He has served as Chief Medical Staff at Hialeah Hospital. He has been on the Board of Trustees of Palmetto General Hospital and Hialeah Hospital. He is an active member and leader in organized medicine and currently serves as the President of the Dade Co

I am in love with this spa!!! I got a full Brazilian and my under arms with just a tiny bit of pain. The staff is so nice and understanding. I had to rebook 3 times and they accommodated me with no problem! I recommend this spa to anyone who wants a warm and friendly environment and wants fast results. I saw results within my first treatment of hair removal. Thank you so much to Jackie!!!

This is my 3rd time coming here to do laser on my underarms & lips, I like the service and the technician she is really nice speak English or Spanish wish ever make you more comfortable.
I got my first sessions for the underarm on Groupon … But the regular prices are so good I add my lips also…

I must say that I did not want to leave this review but they asked for it. As a business owner I know first hand how important it is to not hide from issues. I have a program that shows when emails are opened. They opened and ignored each of my five attempts to communicate with them and resolve my issue.
I signed up for a package deal and on the first visit I was pleased with the quality that the experienced woman performed on me. All of the rest of the visits except for the last were with a lady that was still learning. I definitely noticed a difference yet gave her the benefit of the doubt. All throughout they stated that their machine was not working properly. Magically before my final visit their poorly performing machine was stolen. So my last treatment went well on their new machine. My last treatment was performed also by the experienced lady I had gotten my first treatment from.
So all in all my hairs mostly grew back and when approached about why I did not get better results, they stated that they do not guarantee permanent hair removal. It would have been nice to know this from the start. My money would have been better spent paying more with an experienced company.

I had both laser hair removal and the hydrofacial. The laser hair removal was ok, I’m still shavig after 6 sessions but about 70% of my fuzz is gone. On the hidrofacial, I have mixed emotions, I love the machine and the technician, however, if you have prone acne skin like mine, you should do a pore cleanser facial first and then go ahead and do the hydrofacial to get the most of the procedure.

This is the best med spa I have ever been to. They personally care about the well being of your skin. My entire family has been going for laser hair removal and they absolutely love the results, myself included. Their hydra facial really helps hydrate my skin and helps get rid of my acne. Also, Giselle one of the technicians gave a great Vitamin C mask and I honestly felt I looked 2 years younger once she was done. This place gets a 5 star rating, hands down!

I am so happy with the results that I have gotten from the laser treatments at Spyros Med Spa. The owner was so welcoming my first time there, it made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very knowledgable and the price was right! I’m sending my mom here to get her laser done as well :) I also bought a gift card for my mom for the Hydrafacial.

This place was great. The laser was quick and my technician Tita made it practically painless with the brand new laser they just got. After four sessions my hair was already gone, but I followed through with the recommended six and I will never have to worry about hair again. :) I also got a hydrafacial and my skin looks incredible, my confidence is up! I couldn’t be happier with the results of both services. I highly recommend!

Really Bad Service!
Laser Hair Removal Technician is unfriendly and even rude. Which makes you feel really uncomfortable and willing to leave.
Laser machine is old generation, warms up fast and session has to be interrupted for over 10⁄15 minutes while the machine cools down…
I recommend laser hair removal BUT NOT IN THIS PLACE
Don’t waste your money… Go somewhere else.

Best facial i’ve had in my life, came here the first time with a groupon almost 2 years ago and been coming ever since, now all my family comes here. I highly recommend this place for facial, micro and macro dermabrasion.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
I gave this place TWO, not one, but TWO chances to win me over. The first time I went was for a facial. They had a special advertised on the internet so I took advantage… biggest mistake of my life! Not only was the facial the most painfull thing I’ve gone through, but it actually made my skin worse! I NEVER broke out prior to going to Spyros and after the first time it was as if I was prone to acne (I never had acne as a teenage either).
I figured maybe it was just the woman who did it (a small, older hispanic woman) and decided to give Spyros the benefit of the doubt… boy was I mistaken, AGAIN.
2nd time around I decide to try out laser removal about 2 weeks ago… the next day not only was my skin burned, but I had the most outrageous rash! I’ve gotten laser elsewhere before and this has never happened until I came to spyros. The job was sloppy too, and did not last. Needless to say, I will never go to this place again.
My advice: STAY AWAY. It’s a cheap alternative to «medical» spa services, and what you pay for is what you get. Please, go somewhere else.

My experience at this Medspa was pleasant both for laser and facial. The facialist was very knowledgeable and took her time with me. The laser has been very effective for me, I started with upper lip and have moved on to other areas. The location is convenient, and the spa is nicely decorated and very calming. All the employees were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

I bought 6 laser hair removal sessions from CoupTessa. It’s only for small areas like your upper lip, bikini line, etc. I chose bikini line. BAD DECISION! They only remove any stray hairs that are outside your panty line. So forget going to the beach because you will still have to shave, wax or do something else to get rid of the hair unless you have a granny swimsuit. I wish I knew that before, I would have picked a different area where I could have seen results.

i just had my first, but not my last, microderm treatment here. i chose this place because they had a special on couptessa.
making the appointment was easy — the receptionist was friendly so i felt comfortable going in the day of my appointment. the space is small but has a calming vibe with southeast asian décor. the receptionist again was very nice and offered drinks. i love kitty! she has over 30 years of skincare experience. i am obsessed with skincare and know quite a bit myself. she gave me good advice and took her time doing a thorough job. the session was 1 hour of bliss and my skin looks great.
i’ll be returning monthly!

Wow I loved this facialist. Got the Living Social microderm deal and she actually gave me a light glycolic peel, facial with extractions and microderm. Each of these treatments is easily 100 dollars each, and I paid only 35 dollars. They also offered 2 more treatments for the same price as the Living Social deal. I would easily pay full price and this is one of the few times I’ve wanted to go back to a place I found on a daily deal site. I really know my facial treatments very well and she was by far the most thorough, professional facialist I’ve ever had. My skin looks great and I can’t wait to go back. And I’m tough to please.
