I came here for a handlebar swap because my bike low sided a couple of weeks ago and slightly bent the bar.
Although they weren’t able to swap out my bars, Danny did a quick fix right then and there on the spot and it made a huge difference.
Also he’s one of the realest dudes I’ve met since I’ve gotten to Miami.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On multiple occasions they have belittled me and uphold a condescending attitude with their customers. For a «Ma and Pop» shop I really did have higher expectations. I can’t get over how rude everyone is there, they really need to get off their high horse. Avoid at all costs unless you like the abuse.

This family owned business know their stuff. I had a 96 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 that had been dropped and totaled by the insurance company. I had another mechanic transfer all the parts over to a 1995 frame, but the bike didn’t run. The mechanic said that it was a bad fuel pump and since the funds weren’t there we took the bike back. It was in this condition when I dropped the bike off at SW. Turns out the previous mechanic hadn’t hooked up all of the electrical and had even hooked up parts of it wrong. They fixed it and got the bike back on the road again for a very fair rate. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

All the way, finally after stopping in at a couple shops I went to Sw cycles due to their google reviews. Couldn’t be more pleased. No runaround, family owned and they are there to fix the problem, no up selingl or jerk you around on labor charges. Tech came out and gave me some honest economical suggestions and we were in biz. Man I remember when all of Miami used to be like this. Thanks team SW!!!

If you want knowledge when it comes to mechanic and parts, honest work, honest bike and plus this is your place you are being help by awesome people and awesome mechanics I have taken my gixxer here 2 times and always get happy results they even check if Ur bike has any other issues that has to be adress and with no charge this people just knows how to do bussines if you are looking for cheaper don’t come here they go by the book which its better and they work deserve the price for the parts they get and the job they do no ebay or Chinese parts oem or good aftermarket part from the book come and experience the best accurate work here
