Sgt. Pepper’s Subs

Came in and got the chipotle special… can I say YUM! The staff was very helpful an inviting and quick. I will definitely recommend someone to stop by.

Best subs in Miami by far. I would give it 5 stars but I think it’s just a little pricey for the kind of food it is but nonetheless, a great place to indulge when you feel like being a fat ass and they do have healthy options but I think it’s a waste of time going there for healthy stuff lol

I’ve been here a hand full of times and every time has been a great experience.
Sometimes I’m even getting my hair done next door and they come and deliver my food.
The Philly is one of my favorites but just about everything is good and made to order.
Curly fries are a must!!!

Sgt. Pepper’s has the potential to be a great little sub shop. However, I’ve been to Sgt. Pepper’s about three times now and have never been completely satisfied.
They are very stingy with the fillings and the rolls are significantly shorter than those served at Hoagie Bear, RC Subs, and Subrageous. The service is also ridiculously slow. I’ve been kept waiting 10 minutes on ONE sub even though I was the only person in the restaurant! Every time I’ve come, the same cook is working the grill and he’s never been particularly friendly.
Although the food is never awful, it definitely isn’t worth $ 9-​$ 12. I generally avoid coming here, but it’s so close to home. It’s a shame that there isn’t anything nearby besides Subway on Sunset.
Subpar sandwiches & subpar service. You’re better off going to a competitor and getting more bang for your buck!

Talk about terrible customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches from here & found TWO HAIRS in my sandwich, called, they said they’d bring a new one which is fine I thought that was considerate of them. Then the guy at the door refused to give us the sandwich until we went through the trash to give him the hairy one… He said his manager ordered him to not give it to us without the hairy sandwich… We explained we weren’t going to go through the trash to get it for obvious reasons but he insisted & we told him that he could just keep it. He called his manager & finally gave it to us.
I’ve worked in the restaurant business and I’ve never seen such unapologetic service. I understand what it’s like for a customer to complain about hair in their food, things happen and there isn’t 100% control on that. If they had mentioned over the phone to place the hairy sandwich somewhere so they could take it back and examine it or whatever it was, then they could have mentioned that.
Definitely never ordering from here ever again. And I suggest no one else does. But from what I see from these Unilocal reviews, seems like this place won’t be opened for much longer.

This place is pretty good. Good customer service and friendly staff. Subs taste good just missing something not sure really what it is. But overall not bad.

Love this place! I come here and order delivery a lot! Yummy and perfect portions :) and the cookies are the best!

They’re stingy with the meat, and their «regular» size sub is about half the size of substantial’s regular sub. 1 regular sub, fountain drink, chips and 2 fried Oreos — $ 14, which in my opinion isn’t too shabby. I’ll probably go there again. The place seemed clean, service was reasonable.

Since the change from Substantial subs where I frequented several times a week I was excited for a change. Yes their menu is good but fast, they are not. 3 out of the 5 times I have ordered for take out, despite waiting the 20 minutes they said it would take I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while they prepared my food. The 2 other times I went I waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant for 1 sub. As far as price, I find the pannini’s to be lacking in substance, particularly the meat or the lack thereof and the side salad is about the size of 3 bites. When I pay 2.49 for an Aquafina water at a restaurant I feel «ripped off».

Delicious Subs. This place is where the old Substantial’s used to be. Very nice staff and they’re quick. They have really good Soups that change each day. Dirty Chips. French Fries, Panini’s, Sandwiches. The Honey Mustard Sub and Steak Bomb Subs are my favorite. They deliver.

Stopped bye for a quick lunch but what I received was a pure gourmet sub for the cost of a standard sub. I had a delishous chipotle chicken sub on a tomato wrap. Out of this world taste. The employees were happy and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. This place is slightly hidden but once you find it, it will be easy to say you will go back for more. I can’t wait to go back to try another selection out of the many they seem to have…
