She has a solid reputation for offering high-​quality legal representation and personal attention to every client of the firm. Shilpa has a great track record of success in complex marriage green card cases, L-​1 and H-​1B Visa and employment immigration (EB-​1, EB-​2) among others. She has successfully defended clients in deportation proceedings in immigration courts in Miami and NYC. Prior to founding her own law firm, Shilpa worked as a Senior Attorney at prominent NYC based law firms where she practiced Immigration Law exclusively. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is authorized to practice immigratiation law nationwide. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and AILA. Shilpa has handled a myriad of Immigration cases including deportation, asylum, CSPA, Consular Processing.
