The food is good! I had the the Lomo Saltsdo and my dad had the Terrine Saltado, the presentation is beyond adorable. The staff were so welcoming, and the layout of the restaurant is airplane themed. It’s so nice and very clean! Check it out if you haven’t already.

First time here, the place is very unique. You feel you’re boarding a plane;being served as you are off in a flight. Super cool! The food is great, flat screens everywhere. Definitely will be back. I tried the Conchita a la Parmesana, ceviche and The lomo saltiado… Everything was delicious. Especially the Conchita a la Parmesana. Bön Appetite

This is truly a hidden gem. I live 1 blk away and didn’t even know about it. Tried it for first time last Sat for lunch and was very impressed. I had the Lomo saltado and my hubby the churrasco with Tacu Tacu. Both were excellent and the presentation was a 5star! Great décor… a must see! Visited again last night for dinner and again an awesome experience… service is also excellent! Our dishes last night… jalea mixta and chaufa de mariscos. Dessert was Suspiro Limeño…divine! Give this place a try… I’m sure you will become regulars.

The best chaufa I had in Miami, it is a place with a different concept in a small shopping center. But never the less the chaufa was of the chart, I will go back I do want to try the rest of the menu. No wine yet available but soon to come. I suggest you try.

The Unilocal reviews and a bookmark by a Unilocal friend motivated me to try this place. It was really good. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is very inviting. Peruvian food is not inexpensive as it uses a lot of seafood. So, when you spend the money, you want to make sure you’re in for an enjoyable experience. Now the place has a very unorthodox theme and decoration, but it invites your curiosity and thus discovery makes for a fun experience. The logo is a compilation of Nasca lines and an aircraft silhouette, because you can only see the lines from the sky. I found that some of the dishes need to be tweaked, so that flavors and textures are always spot on. Consistency here should be the goal. Additionally, the name«Savvy Mistura» is comprised of two elements, «wisdom and mixture» which are elements combined and utilized in the kitchen to create their culinary delights. The plate presentation is impactful, curious, and entertaining. See my photos. All these elements are well orchestrated and made for a pleasant experience. We look forward to returning to explore and discover other delights!

Delicious. I was not expecting it to be this good, but the food is as about as good as it gets. The other reviewers are correct in saying this is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back. If you are in the area stop in and support this great local spot. You won’t regret it. Also the portions for what we ordered were pretty large. We were not able to finish, much to the delight of those at home who got to sample what we brought back.

I’m very excited to write about this restaurant. This place opened beginning of this year, and you can see that they are not completely done with the restaurant décor yet. My first time here was 3 weeks ago, the food was excellent and I’ve been back every weekend since then. I love Peruvian food, I’m Peruvian and I’ve had Peruvian food all my life, in Peru, in my house and many restaurants, and this is my favorite, there are good Peruvian Restaurants in Miami, but to me this is the best one. From what I’ve had so far the best dishes are the ceviche, wonton relleno de lomo saltado, chupe de mariscos and tallarines verdes I really hope it continues to be this good and I will be coming back

I stumbled across this restaurant while getting a haircut, scrolling through Unilocal.I had never heard of it and they had no visible reviews on Unilocal aside from the business themselves inviting you in for a great dining experience. I did not hesitate to give them a try being that Peruvian food is among my favorite! Walking in you can tell they’re fairly new as remodeling appears to be still in progress. Don’t be alarmed to see aircraft seats and flight attendant carts as it seems to be the look they’re shooting for. We were greeted immediately by a friendly server named Alejandro, very professional. He made a few recommendation, but we decided to go with our reliable favorites. Lomo Saltado and a Tallarin Verde w/Churrasco, both very good with the advantage going to the Tallarin Verde, the Churrasco was soft and tender. The presentation of the food was a first for me and I’ve eaten in many Peruvian restaurants. However this presentation I must admit was very unorthodox. The Lomo Saltado which is typically a dish combined together, was broken down and separated. The flavors were still great and very much traditional, in my opinion the Lomo could have been a bit more tender for my taste. To end our lunch we were offered a complimentary dessert which completely took us by surprise… it was delicious! I will definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to experience a bit of a twist on Peruvian Food. The prices were fair and the portions were generous.
