Great Salon! Amy is the best hair stylist in south Fla. I moved to south Fla From DC and will not go anywhere else but to Saints and Scissors!!!

Like past reviews just have to say 4 stars only because I have to be completely blown away for 5.
As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by two cute doggies. One looks like my dogs’ twin so of course I’m sold immediately. If you don’t like dogs well first something wrong with you and two pick another spot then!
I drive by the place every day and always intrigued. Finally broke down spent some money on myself and got a Groupon. I ended up paying an extra 20 bucks for additional service. So glad I did everyone was friendly and have your best interest in mind. The vibe and décor is awesome. Products are great and my master stylist Bianca The Cutter was fab. I hate when they wanna talk too much or talk too little. She was great and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back.
They see you on time offer beverages and the assistant shampoo guy is so nice. Don’t be thrown off by crazy hair or makeup clothing styles and decorations this place is awesome!

A total gem in North Miami! Super chic and cool hair salon. The interior is gorgeous. Beautiful chandelier light fixtures. Everyone inside was super friendly. Kimberly at the front desk was so sweet and patient. I had my hair cut with Bianca and she was amazing! She took the time to ask what I wanted and has a really great eye for what looks good. From the moment she said «long luscious layers,» I knew I was going to be in good hands. She dry cut my hair (which I’ve never had done before!) and I was so pleased with the results. My layers look awesome and the finishing products they use are really high quality and smell great. You can’t find this kind of quality in Miami for such an affordable price. I will definitely be returning!

Amy saved my hair! I went in for corrective color — a stylist at another salon had turned my blonde highlights into a greenish, red mess when I was trying to go back to brunette. Amy spent at least 10 minutes with me first, asking the right questions, and educating me about coloring. I was so happy with the results, I couldn’t stop staring at my hair for the rest of the weekend. The color compliments my skin tone and no more green highlights! Amy also gave me one of the best blowouts of my life. My hair has never looked so shiny and healthy after coloring it.
The salon also has a really comfortable vibe. It’s a family-​run business, and you feel like family while you’re there. I can’t wait to go back.

Awesome color, very vibrant. I wasn’t crazy about the blow-​dry, but I would likely come back for a haircut or another color.

So happy to have a nice new salon in the neighborhood! Got a Groupon for a conditioning treatment, cut, and blowout. Great service from Jasper who washed my hair and did the conditioning treatment and Bianca who cut my hair! Very glad I got the Groupon to try it out and will be definitely be returning in the future.

I go to Saints N Scissors ONCE A WEEK– i get a manicure with Lauren every week, every 3 weeks a pedicure and Amy or Ricky does my hair pretty often. I love coming here– they make you feel so comfortable and finally i have a nail girl who doesn’t do a 20 minute manicure and cares about your nails! I love the team here– we also laugh and have a good time rather than sitting in silence– it is a very friendly group who care about their clientele.

I have mixed reviews for this place…
a limited selection of polishes, they try to only carry more eco-​friendly options, like zoya, and don’t have the essie or OPI colors. it was ok though because i found a zoya color that i’m obsessed with now!
first, if you don’t love dogs, this might not be the salon for you, there were two little dogs running around the salon — which was fine with me, but I can see how it would be a turn off to some other potential customers.
the lady who did my hands was AMAZING. i never had a regular mani (non-​gel) last as long as it did. it stayed amazing for two weeks and i was able to make it stretch for a third week.
my toes however… the polish was on my skin, despite the lady’s (a different lady who did my pedicure) attempts to clean up the polish. it looked like a 12 year old did my pedicure. she also layered the polish on too thick, i didn’t wear closed toed shoes until the next day and it still smushed the polish.
there is parking on the side and back, and don’t blink or you might miss it going down US1! it’s located in between a colombian restaurant and an furniture store.

The first thing I can say is that This place is beautiful and trendy looking, service is 5 stars and the atmosphere is very cool.
I got a groupon for a spa mani pedi and I’m sad to say that the experience was not what I expected :(the girl who took care of me was adorable and sweet but took way too long, which forced me to skip on some of the treatments that groupon included. Later when I got home, I noticed that the nail polish on my toes had chipped a little.
I can’t speak for hair services, but as far as nails I don’t think their regular prices being worth the visit. This place has so much potential, but until they fix their issues with timing I won’t be returning. And it’s such a shame since they’re so close to where I live.

This place is super cute and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Super pleased with Amy’s work. Sometimes you just have to trust your stylist! Thanks Amy see you soon.

Went in with bad hair and little time. Amy has a fantastic salon right here where there desperately needed one. Great parking, clean salon, fun staff and edgy. Excellent haircut and color by Bianca the Cutter

I’m happy to find a place close to home I can come to. The atmosphere is beautiful with a splash of edgy and cozy. Nice choice of upbeat music played just high enough to be audible, but not so loud it’s blaring in your ears like you’re at a rave. There isn’t a bunch of extra seating, so I’d advise not bringing extra people with you/​children unless getting a service. Today, I sat silently in the chair getting a pedicure (awesome job by Sandy) while fighting back tears as my young man got his first «not by mommy» haircut by John and Bianca. I will definitely be back and I’d advise anyone to give them a shot. Thank you all!

Best salon environment on the upper east side/​north miami area. Talented team of stylists/​great staff/​assistants. I always get my hair color and cut by Amy Miller (long time friend and hair stylist) she loves what she does, and she is an excellent stylist and business woman, her passion and love for creating beautiful cut, color, and styles is what she lives for, and it shows! (love love love)

Shelley and Ricky are amazing master stylists, not only giving you a look that will bring out the most confidence in you, but you will also leave in great spirits thanks to their friendly and wonderful sense of humor. Bianca is also a master stylist with a creative vision and a warm personality, attention to detail, and her clients needs.
Jester, the Saints team assistant is friendly, knowledgeable, and caters to your every need… i feel so taken care of by all of the saints n scissors family i couldnt ask for a better salon experience.
Gianni, another wonderful stylist is extremely fun and creative with his looks, his personality and charm light up his clients faces, especially when they see how his overall vibe translates on to his hair cuts and styles. He is definitely another wonderful addition and a great friend.
as for nails, Lauren Miller is a master manicurist with a one of a kind creative vision when it comes to her hand painted nail art. she is a talented and true perfectionist at her craft.

Everything is great about this place! First time coming here, and for now on, will be my to-​go-​to place! The stylists were super nice also very attentive. Gianni did my ombré, at first I was hesitant because I was just sick of my roots and didn’t want to deal with them anymore, but Gianni convinced me to do the ombré since I already had the light color. And he was right! I absolutely love it!!! Thank you, Gianni, you’re awesome!!!

Great experience ! Got my hair cut and styled by Bianca, she was amazing ! The staff is very friendly and coordial. Can’t wait to go again!

I really like this salon. If you’ve read my other salon reviews, you’ll find that I have trouble finding places that both feel good and deliver a high quality product.
The salon itself is not only beautiful, but filled with good vibes–
it’s obvious that these guys like each other, and they are genuinely kind to their customers… even the window washer whistled while he worked.

The first time I came was about four months ago. Amy, the owner, cut my hair. Bless her heart, because I came in like a feral horse… I had unintentionally started a dred in the back of my long, thick hair. (What can I say, it was a rough six months prior, and when I let myself go, I really go.)
She was so darn nice and competent… it was kind of like I was in a Discover card commercial where I was getting taken care of by me, albeit a much cooler me, and we talked dogs and good places to get café con leche in North Miami.
I came back a few days ago as a last minute walk-​in right as they opened. I met Ricky-​warm and down to business, I got my hair shampooed by the same wonderful woman, and this time Gianni cut my hair. He did such a gorgeous job. It was when he whipped out a razor-​embedded comb with swivel thumb anchor and dragged it through my hair… that’s when I knew that, in good faith, I would have to Unilocal about this very special place.
Finally, for whatever reason, their shampoo station is the only chair/​sink combo wherein I’ve had no pain in the neck. I always feel bad neck pain when I get my hair shampooed. This one is just right :)

Michael Angelo has been my colorist for years and I have followed him to Saints and Scissors– even though I live and work a distance away in Coral Gables. He truly is a master of color– and a valuable resource in Miami for us blondes. If you want a colorist/​stylist that takes his profession and his clients seriously… he is your guy! It is worth the drive to Biscayne Park! I highly recommend him.

The atmosphere is absolutely incredible and they’re dog friendly! All of the staff is so welcoming and nice! Also what makes it even more amazing is that they do nail art! I’m definitely gonna be a regular here! :) I highly recommend this place if you live in the north miami area.

Walking into this salon I was very impressed with how beautifully it was decorated. It is unique, edgy and lovely. Amy Miller cut and colored my hair, I really liked her technique. I had not got a cut and color that good in years (I have long brown hair). Lauren Miller did my nails, she did an immaculate job that lasted for weeks. It was really reasonable for the great quality of services they provided. They also used top of the line products that I love (Oribe). I was so happy with my experience and look forward to using them for years to come.
