Runway Grille & Deli

Paid my sandwich through their online order for pickup. I had a receipt of the transaction, then I went to pick it up. The manager of the place told be the online ordering is not working. I showed him a receipt of the transaction, and he told be no that makes no difference. Last time I checked, a purchase receipt is proof of purchase in this country, then again, I am in Miami. Update on June 14, the transaction was charged in my checking account. I called them, and they apologized and told me that my $ 7.17 will be there waiting for me.

What a phenomenal place this is… The owners really need to think in growing this place and replicate it across town. The most incredibly friendly and educated staff ever!!! But of course it is about the quality of the food right? Well this place deserves to be in the top. For years the twin brothers have carried this location to the max, the food is not only cooked to perfection, but it’s healthy and incredibly delicious and wow so affordable. Our office always caters for lunch and corporate breakfasts, which are not only generous, but perfect. Always a hit, going there for breakfast or lunch is a treat, the menus is varied and the dishes are superb. You must try their salmon it tilapia baked covered in amazing herbs, their churasco and sandwiches are a great alternative. Thank you guys I know you have a second location, but you must think of making this a chain. Think airport or the Gables. Kudos!

I stopped by one morning with my coworkers to order breakfast. It is within walking distance of the office at The Landings and so it was convenient. My coworkers all placed their orders before me and I decided to order a croissant with egg, cheese, and ham with a hazelnut coffee.
Then the assitant VP of the department stopped by and he placed his order. Somehow he ended up receiving his order before me, paid, and left. I was waiting for my order along with a colleague who was also waiting for hers. When everyone was ready to go, I finally received my order, paid, and we all left together.
The service was very slow but the breakfast was pretty good. Next time I stop by for breakfast, I’ll be sure to arrive early much before my scheduled time at the office.

This place is near to the agency I work for so I’ve tried it several times already for both breakfast and lunch.
The place is fairly large and very clean. It is located in the middle of a corporate building complex and the style and selection pretty much caters to that fast paced, grab a quick bite for lunch, office worker crowd.
This is not the kind of place you drive all the way from home or get out of your way to come to but if you are in the area craving fresh, healthy food at reasonable prices, then The Runway Grill is an excellent option.

They’re food is ok, depending on the day you go out there. Sometimes their food lacks flavor but overall pretty convinent for me since I work nearby.

The Runway Grille has been providing those who work in The Landings and the MIA international airport with fast delicious food for as long as I can remember.
Runway is spotless! When you walk in there’s not even a piece of paper on the floor. It’s nice because the patrons appreciate the location and take don’t leave a mess. It’s all cafeteria style, everything made fresh daily. Over the years this place has maintained high quality food and there are even healthy options available. There are also daily specials! Want to know what they have for the day? Give them a call and there’s a recording listing the specials/​soups for the day. Everything is appropriately priced (NOT expensive, nor cheap) I’ve come here so many times that I can’t write a review on just one. Lucky me my experiences have all been awesome… I’ve never heard anyone complaining.
Breakfast: whenever I swing by The Runway Grille I get café con leche with a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese.
Lunch: SALMON! Their salmon is always cooked to tender perfection, never dry, never greasy. I usually ask for teriyaki salmon and they whip it up in the kitchen for me. They also have one with a creamy garlic/​cilantro sauce and another one with a chunky lobster sauce. I typically pair the salmon with veggies and Moros (Cuban black beans and rice) I’m not a fan of their mashed potatoes because they are boxed potatoes and they don’t even try to cover it up lol. Also, I love, love love, their garbanzo soup or fried garbanzos.
The customer service here is always great too I have never had any reason to complain. Love this little Doral Gem, I’ll continue to come here and to recommend them to others in the area!

The food is phenomenal, the service is great, such nice people and for the price you cannot beat it. Have been coming here for years.

This place is great! They have great food for very affordable prices and I love the fact that they deliver. Even though they are very close to my office building, walking there would take up my whole 30 minutes for lunch, therefore I am very glad that they deliver. They have hot food, sandwiches, salads, pizza, burgers. Great selection!

My first experience with this place was god awful. But they’ve gotten better with their service. I am madly in love with their chicken salad. It is absolutely delicious. Their specials of the day aren’t anything out of this world. It’s edible but pretty average in terms of cafeteria food. The people who work here though, are amazing. They remember your name and they know what you want even before you’ve fully walked through their doors. It’s a definite improvement on how things used to be when I first started going here years ago.

The food is pretty good and decently priced. Make sure that you get a bag of the merengues, they make a mess but are fresh.
One negative is no WiFi! So if you decide to have a lunch meeting and need WiFi, this is not your place.

I absolutely love this place. For two years I have been coming here every single day for breakfast and lunch. The employees and manager are very big on customer service. They take care of their customers and deliver really fast. Great Chimichurri wrap!

I work in the office park where Runway is located and stop in for lunch from time to time. It’s a basic cafeteria style lunch place (although they do have breakfast which I hear is good). It’s clean and fairly quick and the food’s not bad at all. The last pasta I had there was fair but I’m really picky about my pasta. Overall, if you’re in the area, it’s not a bad place to grab lunch. The sugar cookies are pretty good.

This café is great for two reasons– its convenience and fair prices. It is located in the middle of many office buildings in Doral and not far from Hialeah either. They serve only breakfast, lunch, and snacks but have a good selection– from hot entrees of meats, pastas, salads, sandwiches, and of course baked goods and coffee. For an entrée with two sides, you’ll probably pay less than $ 10. The food is nothing to really write home about, but if you’re in the area and somewhat short on time, check it out. The staff doesn’t speak much English but they usually have smiles on their faces, so it’s a pleasant experience. They also have a few tables outside– a nice break from work when it’s pretty weather to be able to sit outside. Check this place out! :)

This place you wouldn’t ordinarily find if you were hungry. It’s surrounded by office buildings within the grounds of Airport Corporate Center right across the street from Miami International Airport. Since its across the street from my office I’ll pop in there every once in a while for a bite when time is not on my side.
Its a cafeteria so don’t expect cloth table linens. Their breakfasts are made fresh before your eyes and are my preferred thing to eat whenever at work early enough. They have a varying selection and assortment of specials that change daily but usually vary between a meat (beef), a pasta and fish (salmon or tilapia). Fresh salads are made daily and they have the typical sides you’d expect in S. Florida such as rice and beans, corn, mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. They offer a pretty good selection of drinks for the health conscience so when I’m there I make the most of them.
If you’re in the area and don’t need to be served at your table and want a bit in a rush for a very reasonable price, this place fits the bill.
