Royal Caribbean – Serenade of the Seas

Serenade of the Seas, one of the four Radiance Class ships and it is my favourite tonnage for cruising.
The size is just perfect! At around 90,000 tons, it is sizable enough for having enough activities and amenities but not too big as it can still pass through the Panama Canal and dock in some of the smaller ports.
The design of the ship itself is really open with windows and skylight everywhere.
I cruised on Serenade of the Seas to Alaska and it was a great experience.
I found the hump, the centre of the ship does have bigger balconies but just a little noisy as you can hear the singer from the lounge till the wee hours at night…
It now has been renovated with new features and specialties restaurants added.
