This review is meant for the ROSS Store at Dolphin Mall. I give this store a 5⁄5 due to the awesome prices on clothing. I visited this store in 2013 and could not believe the prices. The crazy thing is that the clothing was mainly brand name stuff like Jones New York, Calvin Klein and man more. Imagine getting these fabulous brands at $ 15, $ 20, $ 30 and so on. While in the store, we actually met a lady there who was on her second trip. She told us she bought so many clothes, she had to return to the hotel to offload, and come back to the store to start fresh. DOWNFALLSOFTHESTORE: While the check out lines were long, they moved pretty fast. When visiting this store, be mindful that the trying room lines are very long and it takes a while to get into the room. You are only allowed a certain amount of stuff inside the room(cant remember how much), so the remainder of your stuff you have to leave out in the trolley. Just have to hope no one takes them up and purchases them. Another thing I didn’t like was how disorganized the trying room process was. They give you a ticket # and you have to give it back to them when you’re coming out — more confusing and time consuming than it sounds. Additionally, the clothing on the racks is not all organized. However, I believe this to be the fault of the shoppers. I’m thinking that when people decide they no longer want an item, they just put it anywhere on the rack, instead of in the rightful place(clothing is organized based on size). I cannot wait to visit Miami in June, I will surely stop and Ross and ‘shop til I drop’.

Seriously the most disorganized and messy store ever. Came in during my lunch break and only three registers open and a line that was so insanely long! I waited over 20 min in line and management didn’t seem to care. Everyone was complaining and people were just walking out leaving their things on the sides of the store. In my opinion this store needs a new management structure. A smart manager would see the potential lost sales and do something about it! I will not shop here anymore.

Personally, I find the men’s wardrobe section at this Ross to be very limited. Yes, they have their staple items like jeans, shorts, and solid-colored long sleeves, but if you are looking for something stylish beyond that, you are out of luck. You are better off going to a Marshall’s. I would like to say though that this place has really good home décor – frames, figurines, statues, clocks – you can find them all here. Like all other people have said, lines tend to be long.

This place is a mess. Just go to the mega Marshalls in the same mall, at least that place isn’t a mess.

This review is for the Ross store at the Dolphin Mall. I’ve been to a few Ross locations in this city, mostly just to stop in if I have a few extra moments when I’m near one of their stores. I’ve found some good clothing purchases and have also bought a few home décor items as well. That being said, this Ross location is, without a doubt, the worst one I’ve been to. It’s consistently cluttered and disorganized, the aisles are cramped, nothing is properly sorted and there always seems to be a very long line of people at the registers and not enough cashiers to handle them. In all, not a good shopping experience and while I may stop in on occasion, I’ve never found anything worth buying here at this particular location.

Seemingly for some reason Ross always attracts the rudest, messiest people around. Except yours truly and YOU reading this. Doesn’t matter where in Miami you are, Ross usually is A HUGEMESS. But. It does have some amazing deals that you can’t miss up. How about a beautiful Wine carafe for $ 7.99? See, it might be worth sucking up the urge to sock that rude woman and her even ruder child who plowed right through you and stepped on your beautifully manicured toes. I literally had just been to Bakers and almost bought a pair of shoes but did not. had decided to look some more. I went to Ross. I actually was startled to find the EXACT same shoes — another brand, but the EXACT same style. Did I happen to mention how exactly alike they were? No? Well they were exactly alike. I know it was pure coincidence, but I did almost spend $ 60 on a pair of shoes that I purchased for $ 13.99… True story. So, try Ross — maybe after a wonderful lunch at Mojitos and a nice Mojito to take the edge off so you don’t lose it with some of the rude people that tend to shop there. Yay. shoes.
