Roach Busters Bug Killers of America is the worst exterminating company Ive ever worked with. After receiving their services well over six months our roach problem got bigger.
We then reached out to the owner Juan to remedy the situation he suggested he would try different chemicals. He even went as far as suggesting that maybe his employees were stealing his products and thats why we weren’t getting the right results. He also tried telling us that 5 – 10 live roaches are «normal».Well during our last state inspection by the Florida Health Department on 9−9−15 they found live roaches (less than ten) and they didn’t seem to think it was «normal» and closed our restaurant down. We reached out to them again, while the Florida State Department was still in our establishment and as always we met with very unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable, poorly managed staff. Their receptionist even said she didn’t have a way of contacting the owner right away, and when asked to call him on his cell she replied she wasn’t allowed to call his cell. To this date a week later nobody from their company has tried to contact, stop by, fix, improve or resolve the situation.
They assumed no responsibility for what happened while we were under contract with them.
As the other reviewers wrote the owner does pride on saying that he has a $ 23 million company but trust me it does not run as company of that caliber and he definitely didn’t make that money by exterminating. This is a bogus company and their product and services do not work

.el poder o no poder hablar un idioma no determina la ineficientes de un trabajador, al contrario es agradecer a esas compañía, por dar la oportunidad de trabajar, mariam padilla siempre a sido una persona conflictiva tanto en lo personal como en lo profecional pues trabajamos en la misma compañía, y es muy autosuficiente. Y arrogante, creyendo que es la mejor en todo pero es muy pobre de auto estima pues tiene que criticar a los demás para sentirse superior. Yo nunca e tenido problemas con la personas que trabajan ahi.

WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
We were very patient with their lack of professionalism for a while until one of their employees came into our office peed all over our bathroom FLOOR!
I called the company to cancel our service with them and the «owner» kept on repeating how this was his «$ 23 million company». Well, he sure doesn’t know how to run it like one. The day after, the employee showed up at our office yelling that we were making him lose his job over a «lie». We had to escort him out of our building.
We’ve asked several times to CANCEL our contract and they still showed up the following month at our office for service. Of course, we didn’t let the guy in.
Again, I called extremely upset that we did NOT want them to ever show up again. The owner kept on repeating how his company was worth $ 23 million and said to me «you sound like a little girl».
These people don’t even have a physical mailing address, it’s a P. O Box. Their e-​mail is a «yahoo» e-​mail, and their ONE employee who works at the office doesn’t speak english, and speaks horrible spanish!
Long story short, we’re paying not just what we owe, but an extra $ 70 random fee they added, simply because we refuse to deal with these people ever again.
Their motto is «The End of your frustration and aggravation»…oh, the irony!!!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire them… ever!

This company has the worst service! The «boss» well yell and curse at you and say my company did 23 million dollars last year and deal with my attorney. No one speaks English so you have to have a 3 way with another employee to translate to the person who answers the phone. I will agree it was a solution but no flow to the conversation and many things have to be repeated. Good luck with dealing these rude and unorganized people.
