HORRIBLE STAFF!!! AND SERVICE!!! I have a 5 yr old lil girl that suffers from migraines, I went to this Dr for his services. He barely spent 10 mins in the room with my child, I felt as if the Medical Assistant was more understanding and caring than the so call Dr! He ordered a brain MRI for my daughter which I needed to get an authorization for, the staff at the office NEVER called me and gave me status about what was going on. It was a week before the scheduled date and I heard nothing! I called the office every single day and got nowhere with anyone, they all gave me the run around. I then finally had to get rude and nasty with the staff to get my point across. All of a sudden 2 days later I got an email about my child’s authorization… After the MRI it took me nearly ONE whole week to get results! The Dr NEVER returned any of my calls! When I finally got a call back it was the nurse who left me a VM leaving the results there, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF AT MIAMI CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL!
