Registered Dietitian and clean eating chef Monika Arenas created Redboost to share her love for simple yet nutritionally beneficial smoothies and bowls. Not all smoothies are created equal and our recipes offer simple, minimally processed ingredients that taste oh, so delicious and are good for your waistline!

Had the pleasure of getting a Café Sin Leche Protein Shake (like a frappé) at Red Boost this morning pre-​work and it was delicious. The owner Monika is a burst of energy and so sweet! Loved this place!

Redboost serves some delicious smoothies. The smoothie bar is located within the RedBike studios and riders can order smoothies before or after class. Great stop for a post workout pick up!
Pros: delicious smoothies, cheerful staff, diverse flavors and ingredients. All smoothies are superrrr healthy and contain all-​natural ingredients. You can opt for protein, dairy free (coconut or almond milk), green, gluten free, et al.
Cons: $$$ not the cheapest smoothie in town. $ 8-​$ 9 each.
