Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

In 1977, while serving in the CT Army National Guard and attending the University of Connecticut, Raquel opened RDP Agency LLC, a fullservice language translation and interpretation firm. Today RDP is located in Hartford, CT and in Miami, Florida.

Raquel is of Portuguese decent. Her family migrated to the United States from Portugal where they settled in West Hartford, CT. She holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of CT and is the recipient of various military awards.
