Their friendly service and help in Revamping my business cards was incredible. Cost was cheap and Quality was top notch. Delivery time was sooner than what they told me. I will continue using R&L Printing from now on.

The service was okay I walked in and nobody greeted me the lady (I believe she was the owner) was sitting at her computer and looked at me. I introduced myself and said I needed prints. I gave her my flash drive and she took it to her desk. I asked nicely if I could step behind the counter to her desk to show her what I wanted.
I decided to come here because the reviews were so good and I was desparate for prints. They said they normally don’t do prints but posters. So I was ok with having poster quaility prints for my table. I was printing some pinup pictures for Pinned Miami. I needed 8×10 prints and a banner. The prints came out to be $ 1.00 each with the boarder cut not bad for pricing. But the quality of them were really bad. The colors were off and it looked grainy. Most if the pics I gave were 300 dpi. She also told me she needed at least 300 dpi. I have seen good quality poster prints too these were not one of them.
I guess it was because I ordered them 2 days ahead the quality was not so good? I’m not sure but I would not come here for posters.
I also ordered a small banner for my booth and it was pretty pricey for something really simple. It did come on a good quality type banner that could be used indoor or outdoor and had grommets so I could hang them. The lady said it was up to me for what size I needed. I asked her advice what would be good for a normal 6ft table she didn’t give me a straight answer. I ended up ordering a 1’x3’ banner came to like $ 45. It had maybe 2 colors on it and probably took them 5 min to make.
I will give her credit for having my prints on time for something I asked for last minute. I am a big procastinator. Next time I will go to a special print lab for photo posters.

I can’t imagine using anyone else for any of your printing needs! As someone who didn’t know much about printing and needed to get Save the Dates made for my wedding, I went to Kinkos for printing. Not only was I extremely disappointing in the printing quality, but also their customer service!
I found Vivian and R&L printing through Unilocal,and I am absolutely THRILLED i did so! Vivian was extremely knowledgeable about ensuring my cards got printed properly at a price that is absolutely unbeatable! She even said in the offchance the printing didn’t come out perfectly, she would reprint it for free! That was never an issue bc she spent time making sure everything was perfect before sending the file to the printers. Our save the Dates came out AMAZING, and we have been getting nonstop compliments on their quality! The customer service you will get here is unmatched, and VIvian is truly a professional!

Thank you Vivian again! I started using R&L several years ago for a project with a prior employer. Extremely impressed with the personalized fast service. This is the very reason I returned to R&L when I started a new company. They created our logo, designed a fantastic business card (that we get compliments on constantly), designed and printed our promotional postcards and embroidered our new shirts.
