Quick Oil & Lube

In one word… dishonorable.
Purchased a battery from them in May 2012 with a 5-​year warranty. Not 4 years have elapsed and they refuse to honor the warranty even though it’s written on the receipt.
I’ve taken my cars to them on multiple occasions for various reasons since 2004, but I no longer will.
UPDATE: March 14^th, 2016
I checked the battery is ir states 65-​Month Pro Rata warranty. I checked with Interstate Batteries (the manufacturer) and some models do have 4 and 5 year warranties. One model has 6 year warranty. I do not know what model mine is because I am unable to find a model number on the battery or receipt, but Quick Oil & Lube didn’t even want to check, they were flat out refusing to honor the warranty. I’ll be taking my battery to another Interstate authorized dealer, even if it’s not under warranty and I have to buy another one. I won’t return to Quick Oil & Lube.

Decided to stop by since my car was showing zero oil life remaining, and the name quick oil change grabbed my attention lol

Got here early for an oil change and they did it quick and painless. No problems and no over charging. I definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

I’ve been coming here for a really long time and this place is always very full, so I’m surprised there aren’t any reviews but I’m also glad to be the first! I’m a young lady and you know how the story goes, women seem to get taken advantage of at mechanic shops. However, I can personally attest that that does not happen at this establishment, at least not to me. The guys are always friendly and helpful. My car battery died and it was purchased there and still under warranty. They replaced it for me at no charge and didn’t give me any kind of hassle for it. I would recommend this place to everyone.
