Went there to get gel acrylics done. They looked amazing though didn’t fully last two weeks but I think I was to blame for being too rough. It never hurt like death when I banged my fingers accidentally against something or another. Cindy bodied my nails for sure

Very disappointed ! $ 30 for a mani and pedi which is a reasonable price but not when your toe nail is cut off in half, your edges are horrendous, the lady is trying to cut your cuticle so hard that cuts you and leaves you bleeding and let’s not forget to mention «tremenda chusmeria» going on the whole time. Yes, she was nice and all but didn’t do a good job. Hopefully it was just that one employee (which unfortunately I couldn’t get her name). I’ve been a customer of Queen Nails before and never had a situation like this one. (Thumbs down! Tsk tsk tsk)

Yes, my nails came out ok. The place looks run down although instruments and towels were clean. The guy didnt speak a word to me the whole time. I usually like silence but he was just kinda rude and just assumed you knew what he wanted you to do. The other manicurist was yelling on the phone the whole time. Some parts of the manicure actually hurt and I didn’t even get a base coat before the color. When I went to pay and told him to add the tip, he added a extra dollar and then tried to conver it with his finger. By that point, I just wanted to get out so I didn’t pitch a fit. But I’m really disappointed in the whole experience, especially given the other reviews.

This in my third visit to Queen Nails and I am very pleased with their service. The salon is almost impossible to see from the main road, and it looks very humble, but the people are extremely nice. I felt like I visited a masseur, while getting a pedicure. Great place.

Don’t get fooled by the outside of the shop. Affordable nail business, and great nail polish selection. Only place I get my nails done, take my word for it I’m picky!
