What a terrible office… OMG… The ladies that work there are extremely rude and disrespectful. They slam the little window doors in your face. They immediately put you on hold without even letting you say a word when you call. The nurse even told me «I am working too much, and I want to go home. As in I’m not in the mood. Very unprofessional! The wait is ridiculous, and she’ll have people waiting there even though she is not even the in the office. It is a very ghetto office. I am now calling and calling as I type to get my simple x-​ray result from last week and the degenerate working there now just hung up on me twice (ALINA) because I wanted to know why she is continuing to leave me on hold. I just heard the ghetto doctor (LYDIA PUENTE) scream to her staff to hang up on me, and they did. The office is very dirty and the patient files are all over the floor in corners falling over. she has her dirty dog there too, loose! She is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. She is also not very well educated on actual health. She just writes scripts that they forget to send to the pharmacy for you. The office looked like a vet’s office in a poor neighborhood. She dismissed my concerns when I was there and said I’m crazy. I don’t think joint pain is crazy. She shouldn’t be in practice with her unethical behavior and complete disregard for patients. She doesn’t care. What a miserable person. Thank goodness for review websites!!!
