Terrible always a line and always understaff. Makes you loose your appetite. This is not a one time occurrence is the norm at this place.

Worst Publix deli ever, took the guy 30 min to make my sub, assumed he was new, but he wasn’t. Just didn’t care, put everything in the middle, answers the phone in the middle of making my sub. The guy serving the hot items walked away from his line without saying anything for 15 min until someone else came from break. Deli Manager walking around clueless, didn’t see any of these problems. I let the store manager know of issues. She insisted on refunding my sub when she saw the pictures.

So I stopped at this publix yesterday around 7pm to get some bread from the bakery. All of them were incredibly hard. The Cuban bread, sub bread, French bread etc… I asked the lady behind the counter at the bakery department if they had any soft breads. Her answer–«No» … Any fresh? «No» … Wow! Great customer service… Ridiculous. Reminds me of that one time I went here like months ago and I waited in line at the deli to order a sandwich. Finally my turn comes around and the lady tells me «hold on I gotta say hi to my friend that I see over there cause I haven’t seen her in a while» Really? Your going to tell a customer that has been waiting in line for 10 minutes or so that you can’t serve her because you want to go say hi to your friend? And she did it, she went off to talk to her friend and joked and laughed with her while the customer waits in line. I walked right out of that store as I could not believe what just happened before my eyes. No sandwich for me! TRAINYOUREMPLOYEES, teach them how to speak to customers. customers come first. Go above and beyond, you never know who your dealing with.

Always enjoyed coming to this Publix if I was in the area. Bigger store, great customer service and pretty much always stocked. Also kept clean. What else can I say.

Cant believe they make you wait 15 mins for chicken wings, actually now 30mins. They told me it was cooking so I waited. No wait after 15 mins they said… hey it’s on the truck and it is raw. Now they are cooking the wings. Another 15 minutes. Why did I even wait for the stupid chicken wings. You guys need to get your act together in deli. You have pissed off one true customer.

I love Publix and specially this store. Every time I go to the deli, I receive a warm welcome and 100% customer satisfaction. The staff knows me and I am grateful for the attention I receive. Thank you Publix personal and employees.

Great customer service, very pleasant folks, and very attentive. The bakery here is one of the best I have been to, because they pay attention to you and make sure to take your order down perfectly so they will get it right. I have ordered plenty of cakes and they have never failed. The wine section is pretty well organized and vast, plus there’s a Publix liquor store next door. This particular store is large, with spacious aisles, a big plus and uncommon for a Publix which tends to be cramped, and there’s plenty of parking, with the convenience of CVS next door and a spa, in case you want to get your nails done. I like how the bag boys will walk you with an umbrella to your car when it is raining. I have been to plenty of Publix locations where they couldn’t care less if you get soaked and you’re left on your own(Publix at 136 Street by The Falls is a good example). As I said, GREAT customer service distinguishes them from the rest!

I like this Publix in particular for it’s organization. If you need to buy wine or any alcohol for a party or event this is the Publix to go to! They have an entire section dedicated to wines. They also have a liquor store right on the side of the store. Great selection and nice staff!

This Publix is the same as any other store. I come here for my lunch break. The workers are extremely helpful and nice. The cashiers are always supper nice. During my lunch break i come in and get my sandwhich and my coke zero. Lunch time is always busy. I also sometimes get cheese bread… Yum so good. Every time i run in here i alwasy seem to gravitate towards the dessert section. I like the penetela borracha with the vanilla pudding. I love coming here and wont stop.

This is a busy Publix but the wait at the bakery is much better than at others. I usually get helped right away at this one. Be careful of thieves at this location. My friend had her purse stolen from her handbag, which was in the cart, but she should have been more careful. I like the 10 items or less line because it’s kind of hidden and you never have to wait in a long line when you only have a few items.

This store is really about a good as a major general purpose chain grocery store can get. The bakery is great, kids love the croquettes, liquor store is attached, and the have a fairly large«natural foods» store within a store. The store is very busy but they do a great job of keeping enough lanes open. Now could they have more Indian foods or a bigger beer selection, sure but no other chain store except for Whole Foods and that really doesn’t count as a general grocery store. I hope this Publix stays when the new one opens a mile and a half up the road in Pinecrest.

I went tot his Publix to buy some liquor for a friend’s Halloween party. So I had to walk in there with my costume on. I didn’t really get to meet any of the staff because it was already late – closing in this then 1 hour. So it was pretty quiet. But knowing it’s Halloween weekend, they looked at my friends and I weird because we were dressed and walking into the store. That was the only weird thing for me. But the Cashier was nice. She laughed at my corny jokes with my friends.

Worst publix in Miami, always understocked, run terribly, the employees are real friendly and super helpful but when it comes to inventory management I honestly think it’s pathetic. I understand high volume can empty shelves quickly but to be out of product for weeks cause it’s ignored is inexcusable and ½ the produce usually looks wilted, this is a shame considering the area this publix serves

I want to thank Publix for being my personal baker! As I noted in my RSVP to the Sabrina’s Potluck UYE, I’m culinarily challenged. I wanted to enjoy the party and not show up empty handed. This Publix provided me the opportunity to grab a fresh, tasty dessert for all to enjoy. Parking was plentiful, the store was well lit and the cashiers were friendly as well. It’s a great supermarket.

This is my neighborhood Publix. I can remember going here as a kid when the liquor store was actually a restaurant. They had a great cheeseburger with steak fries, but that was probably 20 years past. On to what they have now. First off, this Publix is huge. You’re in for a bit of exercise going from the dairy to the deli. Secondly, they have a wide selection: butcher, seafood, bakery, deli, soups, decent beer selection, a liquor store(closed on Sundays, be warned) and more. Thirdly, they have a great and helpful staff in every section(its great to see the guy that cuts your fish also wraps flowers), who are full of great suggestions, advice, and have great personalities. The only reason this Publix, my Publix, doesn’t have 5 stars is that it doesn’t have some of the selection other Publix’s have(such as the Dadeland Publix). But this doesn’t stop me from running in multiple times a month.

My publix has improved! They now have a pharmacy and did some remodeling as well. Service is actually good – I can’t say that I’ve ever had an employee be rude or unfriendly. As a matter of fact, since I work in the shopping center where it’s located, I ran in to get breakfast and as I was paying I realized that I had left my wallet at home! My cashier, Bibi, went WAY above and beyond and paid with money from her own pocket and told me to just come back later to pay her back. You don’t see such generosity like hers anywhere anymore. I always buy from the Deli where they’re always laughing and seem to be having a good time. The bakery is also great! For my sons first birthday we actually had a bit of a mix up because I had ordered the cake 1 week in advance but then the day before the party I had asked my bf to cancel because my son had a stomach virus and as he was telling them to cancel he called me to convince me NOT to cancel and I said fine but he forgot to tell them to cancel the cancellation(make sense? LOL) so when I went to go pick it up the next day it wasn’t ready because of the cancellation! It was about an hour and a half before the party so the lady told me not to worry and she had a perfectly gorgeous Yo Gabba Gabba cake ready to go!

Publix, I gotta give it to you for the company with the most amazing Customer Service ANYWHERE. I went grocery shopping 2 weeks ago. The day we went shopping, we accidentally left the bag of cold cuts in the car. We noticed the next morning, of course, as luck would have it. Fast forward 2 weeks. I just finally got around to returning it. I had saved my receipt and left everything in the same Publix bag(put in the fridge at this point), until I could try to exchange it. My groceries were all exchanged, no questions asked, no hassles, no stress. The manager guy let us go back to the deli, get new cold cuts, and then just simply let us leave. Does it get any easier than that!!! The bf did not even believe me that Publix does this. I knew that we would be ok because I used to have a friend that worked for Publix in Davie, and he explained to me that Publix has the motto that Customer Satisfaction is #1 priority. Thank you Publix for exceeding expectations once again. Best, Sabrina*
