Bought a groupon for 25 bucks, which states you will get a «hand wash and wax.» When I arrived, Pronto charged an extra 10 dollars for having an SUV, which was only the beginning. Then, I waited 3 hours for them to wash my car, came back and saw there was no wax on the car. I asked the manager if he waxed the car, his first reply was «yes.» I then showed him there was no wax on the car, he then replied that it was an additional 35 dollar charge to get the wax. I showed him the groupon and he still refused to wax the car.
This place clearly wants to scam you out of your money. Did a piss-​poor job cleaning the car, and lied to my face.

Can you give someone 0 stars? These people are the worst. You make an appointment and they dont honor it. I keep going and they keep telling me they are busy. These people are a nightmare. Dont use them.

I purchased this groupon in hopes to get my car washed. I went a couple of months ago to the Midtown Location. First they were impossible to get a hold of in order to get a car wash. I had to literally go to the location to make an appointment. I finally made an appointment, showed up and no one was there. I wasted 2 hours waiting for the staff members to show up. The guy calls me back and tells me he is canceling the appointment because the owner closed down the business. I should have just given up and requested my refund by then but I insisted that I want to use Groupon deal.
The only other location they have is in Sunset Mall and no one picks up the phone here. I finally got a hold of someone and made an appt. I called a day prior just to confirm my appointment because these people are shady and guess what. they wont honor my appointment because they have to many cars like the guy on the phone told me. I refuse to waste another Saturday to show up only to find out that they aren’t there or will not honor my appointments.
Overall, I would never recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and go to another car wash, it will save you aggregation and your peace of mind. Unprofessional, Unreliable and a waste of time!

I bought a groupon for a Pronto car wash and it took me 2 months to redeem it. I called and showed up on several occasions (I physically went to get it 8 different times) and was met with poor customer service each time at two locations. One guy even muttered under his breath «groupon…» as if I should be punished for purchasing one. Over the phone I was told, «what do you expect, we sold 3000 groupons». Well I’ll tell you what I expected… not to be talked down to and to be able to get my car wash in a timely manner. In the end, I got my car wash and it was «meh». Had I paid full price I would have been extremely disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. [I gave it one star because I had to, i would have preferred NO stars!]

These guys do a pretty good job with car detailing. It takes about an hour so shop and dine, then pick up your car. Its located inside the garage. This is my 3^rd time here so I thought, why not review it. The reviews here are not that good so I’m guessing that I got pretty lucky. I actually used groupons for all visits and really didn’t expect a spectacular job.
First 2 visits, I just had a normal wash, interior clean, vac and very decent job. Both times had different staff working already so the staff turn around is pretty high.
The 3^rd visit which was this past Saturday, my groupon was for wash, wax, interior detail /​vac & leather conditioning. Just a tip: You have to make reservations if you use groupon during the weekend. I was fortunate that the supervisor (young kid) was so nice to me and honored my voucher but advised me to make reservations next time I come on a weekend. Luckily there were not busy yet and told me to come back in 45 min. Pretty fast and my car was showroom shine. Interior smelled like a brand new car! Yes, there were some areas that they missed wiping off the wax but it wasn’t a big deal cause for me its proof that they did wax the car as promised. Another minor thing they missed were few streaks of brake dust but again, not a big deal cause the interior was done so well that I couldn’t wait to pick up my date for the evening :)
In conclusion, as much as I tried to find something wrong with my 3 visits, there wasn’t any. The groupons were dirt cheap compared to others: $ 10 (wash & interior) and $ 25 for full (wash, wax, interior plus leather conditioning). They got my car cleaned and ready as promised and performed decent job while I did my Target shopping and ate lunch at Sakaya.

I’ve have used them a couple of times before and it was decent. Not the best, but slightly above mediocre. It’s just convenient if you’re going to shop in Midtown.
Last night I went again and had the worst service ever. I got there at 5:45pm, an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. The guy said he couldn’t do a super wash by himself in that amount of time and kept bitching about it. I get in my car to leave and he says to come back and he’ll do it, but continues to bitch about not having any time to do it. I told him I didn’t want a half-​ass job and he convinces me to stay.
An hour and 15 minutes later, I come back to my car, where he continues to complain about working there, his manager, his family, etc. I just want a clean car and don’t care about his issues. It’s dark in the garage, so my one over is futile. This morning, in the light of day, I see bug remnants in the grill, dirt on plastic, and parts in the dash where he got sloppy. Now I need to do it myself, after spending all that money to get my car «washed.»
My worst and last time ever. Go to Busy Bee in Miami Shores and get the same results by a machine car wash for less money.

I don’t know what to say. On the one hand, they do a good cleaning job… not excellent, but on a scale of 1 – 5, I’d say a 4. So why the low review, you say? Well, I have used them twice, and with destructive results. The first time was last year. When I drove off and bought a drink at the drive-​thru, I realized my cupholder had been ripped off its hinges and placed neatly to make it look as if nothing had happened. This was quite upsetting, as the dealer told me a new cupholder would be $ 100+ but I figured «well, at least it’s in the interior» and tried to let it go. My husband said since I had already driven off, they would try to claim I broke it when I left their car wash and I’m trying to pin the blame on someone. Alright. Fine.
Today, I brought my car for a badly needed wash and wax. I don’t know what I was thinking considering my initial experience, I guess the convenience was something important to me as I didn’t want to be bored in another car wash for an hour, whereas here, since they’re in the mall, I can go shop and eat lunch. When I came to get my car after doing some shopping, I immediately noticed a huge chip — the paint was completely chipped off the bumper. When I told the employee about this (the first thing out of my mouth), he said «we don’t notice things when our cars are dirty». Seriously? You think I’m blind or stupid? It’s a chip the size of a fingernail on a white car, of COURSE I would notice something like this! I treat my car like a baby and if there’s even a single scuff mark or bird dropping, I will notice it because, it is a white car, after all. I felt powerless trying to argue this point with him, as he tried to blame it on me being blind. Right behind my car was a huge pick-​up truck with a big, protruding grill. It wouldn’t surprise me if they hit my car with it as they were backing it up into its space (parking it backward, rather than front-​facing). I even did a walk through with him before leaving the car and showed him the scuff marks so he could buff them out, and I would have noticed if somehow, while being safely kept in my condo parking lot in a spot without any cars around it, it got scratched, but it wasn’t. So now I am left with a clean car and a relatively large chip on my bumper that is bothering me. I am furious and not sure what to do at this point. See the picture of the damage for yourselves. I am not overreacting here.
I tried emailing the manager (it bounced), so I called the number on the receipt, but I doubt he will even care or offer a solution, considering it’s probably pricey (I have a pearl finish paint with 3 coats, including a clear coat). He will probably dismiss me because he can. He said he’d speak to his employee and call me back… that was over half an hour ago. If you need a wash and your car is already dented and scratched, go for it, but if you don’t want your car to get damaged because you treat it like a precious gem, like I do, you should probably go elsewhere, where they will be more careful with it. Now I have to worry about finding a cheap yet efficient body shop that can take care of the damage they caused to my vehicle. Thanks for the expensive lesson!
