Progressive Waste Solutions- Miami District

Dear PWS,
I am writing you to express my incredible frustration as a client with your services as a waste management company. I have tried to solution the problem with your office time and time again over the phone and cannot seem to get anywhere. The pickup service is rarely, if ever, on time and the customer service at your office is even worse. Increased rates are understandable considering inflation. But decreased quality of service with increased rates? Does not make much sense.
About a month or two ago, we continued to have missed pickups on the day our trash was supposed to be picked up. I would call the office to speak with someone and the reps always would tell me they will make a note and make sure it does not happen again but once the day for the next pickup arrives, it would be missed yet again. After three weeks of missed pickups, I FINALLY was able to speak with a sales representative at your office who PROMISED me this was the last time that was going to happen. It has been about three weeks since that conversation, I had two weeks of pickups on time, followed by two weeks of missed pickups, AGAIN.
I have explained multiple times that this is a medical office and it is more than distasteful to have our trash tank overflowing on-​site. I do not know how else to explain to your company how displeased we are with your services. I also do not know how else to solution the problem we are having with you guys. I have asked to speak with a Manager on several occasions and have yet to receive a call back. All I want is for your company to service our trash on-​time the same way we pay our bill on time. If you do not hold up your end of the contract, why should we?

This is the worst company I’ve ever done business with. At all costs do not deal with this company.

Repeatedly they do not pick up our companies trash, and the staff promise me pick ups again and again, and weeks go by with my dumpster overflowing. Then I was given a problem about crediting my account for no pick up. I am very disappointed with this company. PWS you have wasted my time and energy, and I am calling a new company.
