Very attentive. Have been here twice to tint two separate cars. Walked in without an appointment and was able to walk out within an hour both times. Byron (the installer) has 40 years of experience tinting window… Gotta love that! Matched back windows and installed 3m mid grade product perfectly.

They acknowledged the situation, and fixed it… problem taken care of. Thank you for a job well-​done, I would refer them to someone if in need of tints.

Will not use again. Had my windows tinted back in 2008 so this is a review 6 years later. The tints are 3M and the quality of the product alone is what keeps me from giving 1 star. They quoted me $ 300 for a four door car. The installation is hand cut and done in the back of the store. I had to wait around for the installer. The job was done relatively quickly but when I inspected there was a big gash in the drivers side window tint. The installer new about it and said it was from the box cutter he used, but did not say anything else. I complained to him and he replaced it, but I still to this day do not know if it was the 3M film I paid for or a cheaper film. The owner was there as well and was not friendly. He told me to remove the 3M logo myself from the tints and did not offer to have the installer do it. I am happy the tints to this day are holding up well but I am in the market for new tints on another car and will not use these guys.

Carlos is responsive and enthusiastic, but beware. Before the installer got here my sliding glass door was perfect — brand new. After he left there was a small place of permanent damage. Looks like the film is damaged to me, but Carlos says it was on the glass before the install (installer said nothing to me at the time), and happened due to a metal object rubbing the glass. Makes no sense at all — door is brand new. He offered to remove the film to see if it was on the film or the glass, but said I’d have to pay AGAIN if the flaw was not on the film itself. I am convinced installer created the damage. Gave up arguing with Carlos, just don’t have the time to invest.
Buyer beware.

(STAY WAY) The Shop Sells high quality tint…. But has no idea on proper installation. I took my brand new car there to get the 3M tint installed, Wow what a nightmare this turned out to be. They had to retint my whole car 2 times due to them not cleaning my windows properly and allow tons of tiny dirt bubbles to get trapped under the tint. Then the second time they re-​did my tint they cut the windows to the wrong size… so they retinted the car again… I would say they did a Fair at best job… so I left… About 1 week later my windshield had to be replaced due to a rock hitting it… I told it back them to have my front strip put back on the window. I spoke with the Owner Carlos DeCespedes about the new windshield strip and due to all my previous problems with the sub par installation he told me he would take care of the front window strip no problem… So I allow them to put on the strip of tint on the front. When then gave me my car back my windshield was all scratched from the putting a scotch brite pad to the window to clean it. Who puts a scuffing pad on glass to clean it? I called the owner who was not in at this time to advise of the problem only to have him tell me to come back tomorrow. So the next day I came back to show him the damage that his incompetent installer did and he said that im crazy and didnt see any damages. I asked him how he would like to go about fixing the problem and his reply was Im not taking any responsibly and take him to court” STAY WAY FROM Professional Window Tinters Of Miami!

Owner Carlos provides 10 minute hard sell upgrade pitch. Prepare to not get a word in edgewise, and forced to hold a heat meter to show how inferior your groupon film compares to other films. However, you can avoid all this with the nice front desk woman and speak spanish. Guess being gringro doesnt help here.
