Pro Oil Change and Car Wash

Before changing my oil, these guys recommended bringing my car up the street to another shop because it was $ 30 cheaper for 6 quarts of synthetic oil, which is what my Lexus requires. I took their advice and had to give them five stars for being so honest!

These people are dishonest and rude. I will never go back.
I took my car there for an oil change. Upon entering, the clerk (Y. Rodriguez) asked what oil I wanted and I told her 5w-​30 oil. I watched her select my oil type in the computer and process my service order. As I waited, I watched the mechanic do the oil change. I noticed that he was pulling new quarts of oil out of a box that read 0w-​20 and pouring them into my car. When I asked him about the discrepancy, he insisted that he was pouring 5w-​30 oil into my car and that the 5w-​30 quarts are always delivered in 0w-​20 boxes. This seemed very unusual, so I waited and watched more. After the mechanic finished, I walked to the trash can where he disposed the empty quarts. The plastic quarts that he used also said 0w-​20, just like on the box. When I questioned him again, he continued to insist that the quarts were 5w-​30 even though the packaging clearly said 0w-​20. At this point, I knew they were scamming me.
I went to the clerk and mentioned the discrepancies. She corroborated the mechanics story for about 5 minutes and insisted that the new oil put in my car was 5w-​30. Knowing that they were lying, I continued to question the discrepancy and to ask for a refund. Finally, both the clerk and the mechanic’s story changed and they offered to pull my car back around to have the 0w-​20 oil drained and that they would change the oil to 5w-​30 (which would come from a large barrel, not plastic quarts). Of course I declined, because of their initial dishonesty and due to a lack of patience.
At this point, I just wanted to leave. They would not refund my oil change, so I asked the clerk to refund my car wash since I hadn’t received it yet. Ms. Rodriguez was very rude during the refund process. She ignored me when I asked her for her full name and walked away. I literally had to walk behind her and ask her again to write down her name. She scribbled it hastily and walked away again. No apology, no regret, just terrible service from a couple of liars.

Drove here out of my way to get a good deal on a car wash and oil change. At first they insisted I wait in line to do the oil change then I could do the car wash but then changed their minds when I decided to leave since everything was taking so long.
Car wash people were really great and did a good job cleaning my car. However, the attendant and many other people didn’t speak English which was extremely frustrating. They couldn’t even enter my name into the system without calling someone else and still spelt my name wrong.
The worst part is having to wait almost an hour for my oil change since they only have 1 bay open. They seem to be on point when it comes to the car wash side but completely inefficient for the oil changes. Be prepared to wait really long to get this done!

Terrible customer service. They said it would take 2 hours for an interior shampoo (no exterior wash) for $ 70. Ha! Kiss my ass. I left and will never be back.

On last oil visit they didn’t reattach the cover to the bottom of my car properly. I even told them that the mechanic was not securing it properly. Three days later it fell down and was dragging against the street. I had to come back and wait another forty five minutes. Never coming back here.

Do not let them rotate or do anything with your tires.
Got my tires rotated and a few months later, the bolts broke and the nuts fell off.

Pretty good wash for the price. Sometimes gets slow to get moving but over all great :)

Decided to try them out based on all the positive reviews and a recent negative experience at my local Nissan dealership. They were helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. I had an oil change done, in less than 20 minutes, and even got a 50% discount on my car wash for paying with debit card. Total spent about 30 bucks for oil change and car wash! I will never go back to the dealership and am thrilled to have found this little gem of a place.

Love this place. Im in and out in no time plus don’t get much sun when waiting. They have pastelitos, croquetas and colada while u wait. eleven bucks!!! dale!!!

To start, I’m wondering why no one’s given this place 5 stars yet, or why there aren’t enough reviews for that matter.
So far, I’ve only gotten my oil changed here. I was in and out! The price was unbeatable too.
At the risk of sounding like an idiot, I brought my car here twice for overfilling it with oil (had an oil leak). They drained the excess without charging a cent, in a jiffy as usual.
The owner (I shall assume) spoke English fluently, and was super nice!
There’s no way I’m getting my oil changed elsewhere, unless I move far far away!

Oil changed in less than 35 minutes. This is the kind of place I was looking for, somewhere to get my oil changed only. I didn’t want to walk out with a list of $ 2,000 recommended repairs for my car. Instead, walked out with a coupon for my next visit.
They recently started advertising brake inspection and replacement services.

One of my husband’s coworkers has been coming here for years and highly recommends this place. They have a great car wash, every car that came out looked amazing. I came here to get my windows tinted. For one they have the best prices in town and do a terrific job.
They have an area for waiting with a little café, TV, and retail area with stereo systems, speakers, lights, etc… The young lady working the café was so friendly. The guy who helped me was going to make my tint legal but it was going to be very light. My car has a black interior and gets way to hot so I needed a bit darker.
I called my friend to speak to the guy in Spanish as I wanted to make sure he understood what I wanted. As I sat in the waiting area I went to the restroom which was super clean, bonus! Then I was getting bored so I walked out to the garage area and you can stand there and watch your car getting worked on.
When my car was finished I asked the nice guy’s if they would take out the fuse so my valet would not accidentally roll down my windows and ruin my tint. They did after trying to figure out where it was, which was not an easy task. My tint came out great!
Great honest local business with great quality work, reasonable prices, and wonderful service. Thank you!

How do you sing «Working at the Car Wash» in Spanish?
I came by this location to get «Eleanor» nice before heading out to see the Heat game this afternoon. It’s closer to home than my usual spot, so I figured to give it a go. One thing that impressed me was the speed of these guys! You basically sit in your car while they pressure wash the exterior as you drive into the service bay. If you want them to clean up the mats and inside, head to the office after the exterior wash. You can pay, and enjoy whatever event is on the small TV in the customer lounge.
Anyway, «Eleanor» ended up, nice cleaned and perfumed. That’s right, they include the air freshener as part of the cost! I think I found a new car wash.
Oh, and the answer to my first question is no. The crew was signing corridos (Mexican country music) while they worked.

Ok — so I’m really tired of being harassed when I get an oil change — and the guys come out with a list of crap that is soooo essential and that I need to shell out $ 400 on the spot for all these services I don’t understand or probably even need. I didn’t get that here, and that makes me very happy. And they cleaned my kid-​ridden car beautifully for $ 10… sweet! I’ll be back!

First visit was fantastic. I am generally wary of trying new places in Miami. I went to this specific place because of the Unilocal review and I was not disappointed. Great service; everyone was professional AND friendly. As a side story, I «lost» my iPhone while I was there. I told some of the staff what happened and everyone from the sweet girl at the front to the guy who changed my oil to the owner helped me look for it. One of the guys washing my car found the phone my make-​up bag. Other than being really embarassed, I was amazed at how they offered to help. I haven’t super fabulous experiences in Miami with customer service, so the above and beyond service was a pleasant surprise. Thanks, Pro Oil Change, for changing my oil, washing my car and finding my phone in less than an hour!

There are two things I can not do by myself. Cut my own hair and wash my own car. I just don’t feel my car is clean unless I get a her blasted by a pressure hose. The guys here are good and $ 10 for hand car wash you won’t find it lower anywhere else. Even if it was not so good, it’s only $ 10 I wouldn’t feel ripped off. But it is good so I keep coming. Miami Dade cops bring their own cruisers from the station next door and get them cleaned here too
They also do oil changes and maintenance. They’ve got several packages to chose from with the cheapest being around $ 25. To get your car tires rotated and aligned and car liquids topped is a little bit extra.
Lines can get a bit long and I’m still trying to find out what’s the best time to go but once your care is up next, you can expect to be there for only like 10 more minutes
