Really? I’m the first. No problem. Tom. Let’s talk about him. He’s the owner. You will not drop your boat off to some mechanic that just works for Tom. In fact I here my name 6 times from the shop guys just walking to the office. EVERYONE knows your name. This comes directly from Tom. He is the Epitome of «hands on». Trust me when I tell you your the luckiest boat owner on earth if you find his shop. His guy should write a book on customer service. I’ve owned multiple businesses, I know CS. Just stupid fair with his labor prices as well. Goes over every bill to make sure its right. Got a bolt that should take 1 minute to take off? It’s frozen. Takes 1 hour. He charges you 1 minute. That’s Tom. Fyi. He will talk to you all day about anything free of charge. Wealth of knowledge for free. Now Joey. Tom’s son. I’ve got Joey’s cell number. One day broken down on the water I decided to call. Joey answers on the first ring. Always! He spent 30 minutes on the phone telling me what to do. No charge. Boat up and running. I’ve called Joey about 4 times. Same shit every time. Thanks Tom! Thanks Joey! You guys rock it and I’m lucky to have found you.
