Excellent customer care and excellent service.
My truck needed it’s belts replaced and they were able to squeeze me in and complete the job very quickly. I received the vehicle back before the end of the day. I have a feeling that even stayed open late just to complete the work.
While in the garage I started talking with what I thought was an employee working the desk. We started talking and it turns out he was the owner. I would never have guessed because he was in a mechanics uniform. Really nice guy. He said when the shop gets really busy he works in the garage right alongside his employees. Really nice guy.

Pinecrest Automotive is by far the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. I decided to stop by here because I got a good vibe off the place and I’m glad I did! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years or so now, with two different vehicles. Usually I come to Pinecrest Automotive for an oil change — $ 30 gets you just that and a free tire rotation [truly a great deal!].
Michael [the owner] has always been super helpful and very honest — never have I felt like I was being scammed here. He always greets me with a smile and actually takes the time to remember his customers — I appreciate those little details.
I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs any kind of repair, whether big or small. If you want good, honest service, while supporting local business, go to Pinecrest Automotive — you will not be disappointed!

Best automotive repair center in Pinecrest area with the most honest guy in town! He was at Kendall Toyota Service Dept. and was able to open his own business. He’s the most honest guy in the business and very nice to deal with.
