Peter Pinto – State Farm Insurance Agent

Have been a customer since 1999. My family for longer. Just switched to Geico and saved over $ 1,000 a year for the same exact coverage! This might sound like a Geico commercial but it’s absolutely true.
However, that is not the reason that I am giving Peter Pinto’s agency 1 star. Personnel retention has been increasingly dismal. Key people have been leaving his office now for some time. I hand delivered a declination for uninsured motorist coverage weeks before being over-​charged for the declined coverage. When I called, I was given no apology. In fact, agency representatives get defensive when questioned.
When I informed them that I was going to switch to Geico, they did not even try to retain me by looking into to discount possibilities. I was being significantly over-​charged for no reason and feel like they took advantage of my loyalty. If you are a Peter Pinto/​State Farm customer, look elsewhere because this agency is not looking out for you.
I hope Peter picks up his game because his agency was once on top of it but seems to be in rapid decline.

This is my insurance place to go! They’re office is pretty small but most insurance companies offices aren’t huge-​right? The service is fast which is what I love about it. I’m in and out within 10 minutes. No fuss, no hassle. The staff is usually friendly which is a plus in my book!
