Established in 1975.

Over 40 years ago I Howard A. Futterman at the age of 18 started out as a delivery boy in the big apple working in a dry cleaning store go figure this would become a chain of stores which now located in Sunny Florida

Will not use them again. I was in a hurry for a series of formal events and used them instead of the place I normally use. They stained the interior of a brand new Italian blazer — had literally just taken off the tags. Would not recommend if you are careful about your clothes.

It’s a great price, and they don’t try and up-​sell you on things.
Also they have a very reasonable turn around time for your garments being ready! I’ve found my permanent dry cleaners!

Personal Touch Valet is the ultimate cleaners in Miami. They are welcoming, fast, and efficient. More importantly fair in cost for the area and always such an amazing job. Never a problem and very organized. I strongly recommend them to everyone in the downtown, Edgewater, and Midtown areas. Best go to place in the area! Nyc owned and run. Does not get better then that.

Horible service took my clothes to get dry cleaned and to get a stain out and the Douchebag owner was rude and ruined my clothes would not recommend this place if you truly charish your garments. Better off going somewhere else.

After trying some other options, I’ve come back to Personal Touch. Other dry cleaners in Miami – no joke – are utter clowns. This place is (a) reliable, (b) speedy, © not terribly expensive, and (d) convenient. All of those things, in (re)consideration, add up to five stars in my book.
If you live in the greater Midtown area, I HIGHLY recommend Personal Touch Cleaners. (See my earlier review for more details.)
