A great introduction to specialty coffee! I tried it Grind Coffee Project in Miami. Brian explained how the coffee is sourced and roasted here. I enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to many more great coffees

The Kenya and Ethiopia are fantastic. I have had a French press of these Africans every morning since I took my first sip. Their cold brew and espresso at the Coral Gables Farmer’s Market are amazing too. Can’t wait to go back this weekend!

Great coffee is made by finding the best beans, and the best roaster. These guys do that. They really know their coffee. I went by their South Miami location and got to see their roasting machine and learn about their coffee selection. Also got to try an espresso and it was excellent. I bought an Ethiopian roast and 2 bags of cold brew roast. I had the Ethiopian, and it was very good but I’m really into Cold Brew. Theirs is perfect for cold brewing. I always like Panther, but I think Per’La is better. Also got to have an espresso at their booth at the Coral Gables Farmers market and it was very good.

I picked up a pound of Perla coffee from a coffee shop in the south Florida region. I found the beans to be of very good quality and enjoyable in espresso preparation. I like to support local businesses, you should too.
