Barbara, Pasqual, and team were the best choice for our wedding. We held our wedding at a hotel, so the venue and catering were covered… But we hired the team at PCS to take care of all the other details — from centerpieces to lighting to specialty desserts. They really pay attention to all the smallest details, and walk you through each step of the process. Barbara reminded us of several questions that we needed to discuss with the hotel or with other vendors. We didn’t have a wedding planner, and although we weren’t really paying Barbara to plan for us, she really did go the extra mile and make sure that we had all our bases covered. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use PCS again when I have events in the future.

Barbara was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I called them to inquire about their services for my engagement party, she was professional, courteous and very flexible in my requests. They provided everything from the appetizers to the coffee bar and back, and it was an absolute hit! The food was delicious, the staff was attentive to the guests, and they left my kitchen SPOTLESS! Everyone was asking who the caterer was and I was so happy to see/​hear so many people had such great things to say about the service and food at the party :) I would definitely use them again for any other event I have in the future!

There are not enough good things that I could say about PCS Event Productions. From day 1 Barbara made us feel totally at ease. I was panicking about the wedding and the details before we met Barbara. Once we began working with her, the excitement started to set in! Barbara and her staff are some of the most thoughtful and kind individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. On the day of they made sure we didn’t worry about a thing. Barbara’s assistant, Missy, stayed by me and my husband’s side the entire night. She constantly made sure we had something to eat or drink. She even changed my shoes for me when I couldn’t stand my heels any longer! Aside from the perfect service, the food was phenomenal! All of our guests kept coming up to my husband and I and complimenting the delicious food and the generous portions!
I really could not do Barbara and her team justice. They go above and beyond to make that day run smoothly and flawlessly and they did just that. My husband and I have a dream come true of a day to look back upon and it was thanks to her and her team. I sincerely hope that you will choose PCS Event Productions for any special event you are planning, especially a wedding! :)

The entire process with Barbara and her team has been nothing but amazing. From the very beginning up until even AFTER the wedding, Barbara went above and beyond to make sure my special day was everything I imagined it to be.
My now-​husband and I live in Orlando, so we knew planning a wedding in Miami was going to be tough, but Barbara made sure that was never an issue. Not only was Barbara quick to answer all my emails (and there were a lot of those) she also was there to provide suggestions when my husband and I weren’t able to figure anything out on our own. She was there for every walk through, and my rehearsal– which I couldn’t imagine doing with anyone else. We had a pretty large bridal party and Barbara was able to keep everyone focused and on-​task.
The entire day went off without a hitch. My husband and I were expecting a few standard issues, but we can honestly say that not one thing went wrong! I could go on for days about how perfect everything was.
Both the ceremony and reception were set-​up perfectly, even better than I could have imagined. Barbara kept my entire bridal party (and especially me) at ease the entire day and made sure everything went flawlessly! She was right there beside all of us before and during the ceremony, letting us know what to do and when to walk. At the reception the food was absolutely amazing. The cake looked even better than the picture I sent of what I wanted (and tasted just as amazing as it did at our tasting). The venue only allowed for 2 hours of set up, and 2 hours of break down, and Barbara was able to make everything work.
Barbara and her team think of everything. You really can tell she has been doing this for a while! She had an amazing back-​up plan in case of rain (we were able to make our decision day of) but fortunately for us the weather held up and we were able to have our outdoor ceremony. At the start of the reception, our ceremony area was broken down and replaced with bar tables so our guests were able to enjoy that additional outdoor space. Barbara also had appetizers and water brought to my husband and I while we were hiding out waiting for our guests to take their seats inside the reception (we were starving at this point so I can’t even begin to tell you how happy we were when we saw the special plates coming our way.) She also worked with all of our other vendors, both before and during the wedding. My sister played violin during our ceremony and Barbara was there to cue her and help in any way she possibly could. All the small details I never would have thought of truly made our wedding day amazing.

Barb and her staff were EXCELLENT. Throughout the entire process she was always available, extremely helpful, and made sure that our wedding day was perfect.
She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients and is no-​nonsense when it comes to the details, which is very helpful to couples who may have be indecisive. We highly recommend PCS Events for both their staff and incredible food. The salads, sides, appetizers, entrees, treats, were all top-​quality and our guests raved about this.
Because we were so comfortable, we felt we could talk to Barb as if she were family. This relationship proved to be the most important as we had the utmost confidence as the wedding day approached. Neither of us had the infamous wedding-​day worries that something would go wrong… which was awesome because we truly got to enjoy our day! (and we had a 6 hour reception!)

PS. That silly bride down there should have listened to Barb’s advice… we had the same potential issue and she was really on top of it! Our tent was on hold and we even had the potential for a cold evening and Barb was right there with the heaters on stand-​by. Boom!

Barbara and her staff are TOPS, they came to our house for the food/​cake tasting, were personable and warm the whole way through, and dealt with out every wish and whim with a smile and VERY helpful advice from their many years of experience. Nearly two years later I am still in AWE of the beautiful experience that she provided us always within our budget. THANK YOU BARBARA! To this day my family still talks about our cake and how beautiful everything was!

We are in the process of planning our wedding with PCS. We just had our tasting yesterday and it was amazing! PCS was the first company we contacted to organize our wedding. After meeting Barbara for the first time, we knew we were going to work with her. No need to look for any other company. I know I am going to have the wedding I have always dreamed of.

From the first phone call down to the last detail of our wedding, Barbara and the staff at PCS were an absolute pleasure to work with.
Barbara was always easy to reach. Even close to busy weekends she would check in if needed or just drop a quick line if we had any concerns.
She worked with us through many, many (many) changes. She was always willing to meet with us either at her office or wherever we were. During these meetings we hammered out details ad nauseam but Barbara always had a smile on her face and made us feel like we were the only people she was working with!
The rehearsal was awesome, she was there to orchestrate everything and iron out last minute details at the venue.
The wedding day was spectacular. It was very close to perfect, Barbara and her staff took great care of us and were super attentive. I can’t thank them enough. We are still getting comments over a month later that ours was the best wedding our guests have attended. We continue to get comments about our super delicious cake, the awesome food, and all the gorgeous details. I would recommend PCS to anyone hosting an event. My husband and I can’t stop thinking about how perfect everything was and how special Barbara and the staff at PCS made us feel!
