PC 911 Computer & Cell Repair

While I was at work, my iPhone 6 fell and the entire screen shattered into pieces. Being that my phone is my life line, I needed to find a place to fix it real quick. After searching on my Unilocal app and calling different places, I came upon PC 911. They had the best price with the quickest service time.
I drove in around 1:05. The guys were attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. They guaranteed it would only take 45 minutes, and that it did. I had my phone fixed and ready in less than an hour for $ 99.
Hopefully I will not have to use them again, but if my phone cracks again I will definitely return.

Amazing service! My MacBook Pro’s battery swelled up and I attempted to replace the battery myself. There were 3 tiny screws on the back cover that wouldn’t budge so my laptop was half open. After going to Best Buy’s geek Squad and One Click, who both wouldn’t touch my MacBook, I did a Google search to find anyone who could help me. I found PC911 and took my MacBook there. They weren’t phased at all by the open back cover and proceeded to fix it immediately. They drilled the screws out, replaced the battery and put on a new back cover. Less than an hour after I walked in, my issue was resolved and the cost was great. My laptop is like new again! This business is a prime example of great customer service. Skip Best Buy and One Click and go straight to these guys. I could’ve saved myself a lot of aggravation and stress by going to PC911 first. I highly recommend them to fix any computer issue you may have.

The computer was broken and totally crashed and he was still able to recover all the data off the computer which included all our honey moon pics. He did it very fast too and has great service. Thanks so much.

Got my Laptop repaired from the «FBI» virus and was able to keep all my files which I was worried about losing. They were fast, cheap and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody along with coming back here again if I have any new problems with my laptop.

A life saver or should I say a laptop saver. My laptop was crawling like a worm I could not get any work done. A friend recommended PC 911 so I checked them out. The place has great service and great work most of all. My laptop is fast again like when it was new and they also installed a special software that made my laptop virus proof. laptop failed to boot, brought it in angel said it was the hard drive, bought a new one and got the repair done for a fair price. he knows what hes doing with the computer. much better than going to a big store or sending to the manufacturer.

The fellas at PC 911 did a superb job in repairing my HP laptop. First cleaning out the fan and removing all the spam, viruses, and god knows what that was giving my computer problems. Then, installing a new anti-​virus software to keep my laptop safe from further problems. Angel did excellent job recently when he replaced my burned out LCD screen with new one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who are having problems with their computers.

Needed to have the screen on my iphone replaced. It had been dropped, stepped on, dropped again, and dropped again. It’s like a Cat with 9 lives! Seriously. I wish i could blame my 6 year old daughter for all of this — but nope its all her 40 year old mother’s fault.
Anyway, I found PC 911 on Unilocal.Decided to try it based on the Unilocal reviews and because it is conveniently located in Westchester.
My husband dropped the phone off in the morning and it was ready by 2pm (they didn’t have the glass in stock). The owner was very nice and professional. Its been about a week and I’ve had no problems with the phone. Price of the repair was reasonable. A lot less than what I expected.
And…I haven’t dropped the phone again! Yeah me!

Ok… so I waited way too long to write a review on this place! I took my son’s computer here for a cracked screen and had it back within a couple of days and what do you he even cleaned up the virus on it on the house! Awesome! I also brought my daughter’s tablet here and he fixed that right up. I had some issues with it a couple days later and without hesitation he took it back and took care of it. Now a year later… we are back!!! Another cracked screen! What’s up with these kids! Like always service with a smile and awesome funny attitude! Within a couple of days I get the call come and get it! Again, he tweeked it up a bit and my kid couldn’t be happier. They always have some kind of awesome deal for us Unilocalers which is fantastic! His pricing is on point and couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He is very trustworthy and that is a plus!

Had a great experience here last week! My laptop would not power up and the big retails chains either had to send my machine elsewhere to get worked on or were way too busy to help me right away. As someone who has worked in retail for almost 7 years I know good service when I see it. Angel the manager provided great customer service and the work performed was top notch! It was nice to be treated like an important customer whose opinion is valued! I will definitely return here in the future!

This place is great! The service is the best and so are the prices. The owner was very friendly and the store is open until late, even on Saturdays. I always get my laptop fixed here and I will definitely be coming back the next time my laptop has a problem.

I went to PC 911 on Dec. 9 to fix my cell phone screen which had cracked.
The owner greeted me right away and advised me of a $ 25 off discount on Unilocal.The phone was fixed at the time promised and service was great. The following day I dropped my cell phone again and the screen broke again! I took the phone back and the owner gave me the discount again and my phone was fixed on time. I spoke to the owner about the computers at my two business that I would like for him to service.

A couple weeks ago I dropped my Macbook Pro and the screen’s internal glass cracked. A friend of mine told me about PC 911. I took my laptop in on a Saturday. Angel gave me a price that could not be beat (trust me, I shopped around beforehand) and said it’d probably be ready by Friday. Friday I received a phone call that my laptop was ready, on time as promised. The screen was perfect and it fixing it didn’t break the bank (as you know anything with Apple products can!). I will definitely be back with any future computer needs I may have.

Bummed out could not accurately express how I was feeling when my laptop kept crashing. The mere thought of spending time away from my baby was disturbing me, so you can imagine how I felt when I went to my PC specialist and they were closed.
With a non working laptop in my book bag and nowhere to go, I trekked down Bird Road, pretty much hoping to see anything related to computer repairs. Luckily, I pretty soon located the words *PC 911*. Under it, exactly was I was hoping to see, a blue neon «OPEN» sign. I parked and walked in. Behind a wooden counter and surrounded by computer towers, a man dressed in uniform and who refused to take his eyes off a computer screen acknowledged me with a rather bizarre line «Hi, PC 911 Computer Services, how may I help you?». I briefly explained my problem. The man got up, turned the laptop on and patiently waited for it to boot. «Are you the doctor?», I asked. He looked at me over his glasses and said «Yes».
The PC Doctor is a cool guy. He looked at my computer (I felt he was looking at it somewhat lusciously) and assured me that everything was going to be OK. He asked me a couple of questions, put the computer aside and he issued his prescription: a work order. «Your laptop is in safe hands», he said.
I was glad to have been driving around that area. I got to PC 911 after 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Only the big boys at Best Buy or Tiger Direct can help you on a Saturday night, at the price of $ 100 to $ 150 for a diagnostic. That obviously doesn’t include the repair and/​or the parts. Ouch. The cost at PC 911: zero dollars, the PC Doctor gives out free estimates.
The repair for my baby set me back $ 40. That was for the repair plus a tune up and an anti-​virus scan. More importantly, my laptop is back in working order, and the job is guaranteed from defects. If the computer crashes again, which I doubt, I’ll just pop up at PC 911 for another remedy.
The PC Doctor is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. For people who work 9 to 5, those are great hours. Add to that free estimates, and the doctor is in the house. And his name is Angel.
