Pavilion for Women’s Health

Never going back! The doctor didn’t check me properly, I felt rushed. I had to ask to see her again. I’m not a doctor yet know what should be done at a check up. The worst are the receptionists. They are RUDE! They continued to have a conversation, ignoring a patient in front of them. I questioned the amount being charged as my insurance was covering the visit. My card was slammed on the counter and the response was: «don’t pay, you’ll be billed». I was disgusted at the lack of customer service. After I left I called to speak to the office manager, left a message. I never received a call.

Prepare to wait at least 1.5−2 hours always. They messed up my biopsy results. They only care about quantity not quality. Terrible.

yeah they suck at office management-it’s a massive cattle call. You’ll be there for 2 hours before you see the doctor no matter if you are a new or old patient. Some of the staff will stress you out even more when they keep asking you over and over why you are here and who is your doctor. Don’t bother letting he office manager know because she is just a buffer and has no say. These folks are so stressed out–

This place is terrible!!! To start my appointment just to get my results was at 10:00am and I didn’t see a Dr. Until 2:30pm. When Dr. Sanchez walked in the room with out any compathion told me that I needed to have surgery to remove my ovaries and that I might have ovarian Cancer. I ended up going to another gynecologist for a second opinion and all I had was a hormonal imbalances. DR. Sanchez is a terrible Doctor And pavilion for women is a factory!

10:30 appt and it is now 11:20 and still waiting. I’ve issues here before; I should’ve known better!

Great doctors but the staff are disorganized & the waiting process is a total disaster. I’ve been coming here for over 12 years & I’ve never seen the office this disorganized. Very disappointing.

The wait time is horrible … They reschedule your appointment with out notification the doctors don’t even spend enough time with you to find out your problem. All they do is send you to other places. You get here and waste your time. Clean place really nice, calm and quiet but the nurses that check you in are horrible and mean they give you attitude specially if you have an appointment at 5:45 they just want to run out of the office and don’t help. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

Nice place, the staff is nice and friendly. The only thing is is that they have 5 different doctors that they say you will meet but never do, and the doctors don’t talk to each other about the patience so you go in one day and see a doctor then the next you see another doctor and they don’t know what’s going on with you. Then when you are ready to deliver there is a doctor there that you have never met ready to deliver your baby, kinda weird. The plus side to this place is that there is always a doctor on call and they do have a good staff that you can count on to answer your questions. I would recommend, just wish we met the doctor that was delivering me and my wives baby before hand and not the day we had to deliver.

My wife comes to this office and is true the waiting time sometimes can be a little long, but you get great doctor care.
