I remember a couple months ago when my boyfriend and I drove by and he joked «What does Pantera have to do with guns?». I never imagined stepping in here, but the more I searched online for fair pricing, the more Pantera Guns came up.
I waltzed in and observed that everything is nicely arranged. Country and rock music filled the air, and references to hunting, fishing and NRA surrounded me.
The woman I spoke to declined giving me a discount, BUT she was informative and gave me a good deal on my order. I compared prices after my purchase, and it falls right into the average. She also based her sales pitch on my focus on purchasing for recreational use, which was great.
I laughed with her over joking with my mom that instead of chocolates, I’ll be getting a gun for Valentine’s Day.

Super place with a great staff. I have no clue as to why anyone would have anything less than a pleasant experience here… Great inventory! Even better prices… I’m coming back!

Avoid this shop like the plague. As someone that dealt with them prior to the potential gun ban, I can honestly tell you they are constantly seeking ways to take advantage of their customer. The prices for firearms, ammo, and magazines are ridiculous. To make matters worse, the staff feels they can outsmart customers. To explain: I went in to purchase ammo, I am familiar with prices of ammo and I know the going rate for certain ammo in this area. I informed the guy in the counter I needed ammo and was wondering if they had .40 caliber ammo because I couldn’t find it anywhere. I guess all he heard was «opportunity to screw this customer.» A lady that works there said «Sure we have a lot» but the guy quickly said «No we only have one box and its going for $ 40. I was expecting to receive home defense ammo or something of value, the guy returns with regular range ammo that is commonly sold for $ 25-​$ 27. I would recommend you avoid this shop. They don’t value the customers and only focus on short term profits instead of long term relationships with customers.

Wonderful staff that is experienced and extremely knowledgeable on Guns and anything regarding the topic. The prices are fair and they do not try to sell you things that you don’t need. The fact that they care enough to inform the public about safety, laws and extra information without charging says a lot about they type of place this is. Most places that I have gone to just assume that I am a gun expert of some sort or because I am a woman they may not take me serious. They have no idea that when I shoot at the range I barely ever miss a target and my money is just as green as everyone else’s.
I spoke with Alex (I think that was his name) and the owner, who answered all of my questions with ease. I am actually going back to purchase my next gun from them soon and anything else I may need. They really know what customer service is all about and I will gladly continue to give them my business.

If you look around you’ll still find good and honest gun supply stores that aren’t trying to take advantage of their costumer and hike their prices on anything .223, 5.56 and .22. If you’re looking to pay top TOP dollar on your needs than this is the place to come if not do some shopping around and you’ll save tons of money!
I left there ashamed I even considered paying their prices. (69.99 for a pmag)

I came in here looking for self-​defense spray. The three guys in the store were incredibly helpful (two of them worked there, and the third was an old man whom I suspect was just hanging out).
The employees told me everything I needed to know about the spray– «Treat it better than you treat your make-​up — don’t leave it sitting in a hot car» — and how to use it (it’s already prepped, no need to test it, and throw it out after you’ve used it once).
They informed me of other options besides the spray.
They also have a «ladies’ counter» with many pink-​colored items.
Oh yeah, afterwards go stuff your face with rotisserie chicken and spicy green sauce at Inka Pollo in the same strip mall, the food there is delicious.

I started the process of getting all the things together that I needed to get my concealed carry permit. It seemed as though the whole process should have been very easy: take the class, get fingerprinted, send in the money with the application. Oh boy was I wrong! The process was far from easy. I could not, for the life of me get a fingerprint card. I tried numerous times. So, I had to wait until I arrived in Florida to get my fingerprints done. I called the sheriff’s station and they told me to go to the post office to get the card. I went to the post office and they said that they do not have fingerprint cards, and never have. However, they have at least one person per week go in and ask for one. So, I went to one of the police stations that is on the list of police stations that participate in doing fingerprints. What a headache! However, the worker at the counter sent me to Pantera guns. She couldn’t tell me the address, or the name of the place, but she gave me great directions. She told me that I could get a fingerprint card here. So, I went.
The store is in a strip mall. It is a small store. When I walked in, I was greeted, but the workers were all busy helping other people. No problem, I just waited. When one of the workers was free, he get the application packet for me, which contained the fingerprint card. He asked me what I needed it for, and I told him. Then, he proceeded to tell me that there is a MUCH easier and faster way to get the concealed carry permit. I was skeptical and not at all amused or willing to entertain the idea, as I had been striking out left and right with this whole process. He saw my frustration and assured me that this was legitimate. He said that he just recently did it himself. So, he gave me a phone number and an address. So, I called and made an appointment. The next available appointment was the following week. So, the appointment has come and gone. There were plenty of issues once I went to the appointment, but those were the fault of the Department of Licensing.
I am SOOOOOOOOO thankful to the worker at Pantera who told me the best and easiest way to get this done!!! FINALLY!!!
