The ultimate worst shopping experience, I needed to do a Christmas exchange of a smaller size what a mistake. There was five associates working behind a circular Case Line. Than four managers doing nothing behind registers with no customers and a greeter. If the five doing nothing could assist with the line outside they might make happy customers as well as double business. This is not Louis Vuitton where you wait on the Champs des Lycée to get in the store in Paris to be greeted by a glass of champagne.
Please get over yourselves.

I went there first time because they were having a «sale», there was 4 ladies in the store not even one acknowledged me being there to the point I Asked one of them If there was a waiting list, she replied «I don’t KNOW», I proceed to ask her, do you work at the register only?
She replied «I don’t know» again, I decided to wait since I was already there, 15 minutes after another Pandora lady approaches me with a «waiting list», they skip me; to help someone else first, okay finally is my turn lady is rude and wants to up sell me everything… I decided that day that next time I’d rather drive to Dadeland mall or buy online.
