Horrible customer service! The worst ever… first over the phone they tell you is $ 69 and then when they come oh you will need deep cleaning and that is $ 149…I said no way then he was like ok 129 to the end to come up with $ 99. Seriously??? I wouldn’t recommended to anyone

Highly unprofessional company — be aware!
On a Saturday afternoon I spoke with a very friendly lady who explained me everything around process and price, on the basis of which I agreed to have a rug picked up for cleaning on the Monday between 10 and 11am. By 11.30 none had turned up and i had to call the company twice before i finally received a call back from someone after 12… not to apologize for the delay, to take me through the same explanation again (which i confirmed to the person already to have received) and to finally confirm that the price would be double then what was originally arranged. I told him i was not agreeing to that, we clearly had agreed on another price the Saturday. Told me that someone would contact me again and of course no one contacted me ever again.

I just had my carpets (2 bedrooms) cleaned today. First of all, I called this company to get a quote and they told me that they had a special for $ 69 for to bedrooms. We scheduled the cleaning and when «Moshe» came, he told me that the price is actually $ 179 and he also told me that he was going to use very special chemicals to clean my carpets, and they will look brand new. I said ok. He did the job in less than 45 minutes and all the dark spots and stains are still there. He told me that they will disappear when the carpets dry. It’s been 8 hours, my carpets are nearly dry and they are still dirty. Very very disappointed! They also get $ 50-​$ 100 deposit one day before so that you can not cancel. This guy also gave me his cell phone and told me that if I call him directly he will definitely give me a discount, he told me not to call the company and to call him. Very unprofessional. The invoice reads «DR STEEMER», so I will write the exact same review to that company, too. Well I guess they are just individuals working under some company names. The other reviews are all scams, these guys are writing good reviews fo themselves. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

Palms Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning company in Miami! I am truly happy with their thoroughness and cleanliness. My cleaning standards are met. I would usually require so many things but there was no need for me to give some more instructions as their cleaner did an impressive job. I am giving this service an A-​rating! Perfect!
