I found them quite by accident while actively looking to replace the groomer I had originally used for a few months. They do a pretty good job — I have a Bishon Frise and a Terrier mix who has since passed away. Their prices a bit higher than others I have used, and the main reason I continue using them is simply that my anxiety ridden Bishon does not have a nervous breakdown when I bring him in. He would scream and cry and nip at me when I took him to the last place, and that’s the major reason I stopped using that other place. BUT this is the only groomer who has ever asked me to leave a tip! And I do have a problem with that…

I do not recommend this place to anyone, this is the 5th time I’ve tried to take my dog to this groomers. Every single time (I believe him to be the owner) denies my dog. There is nothing wrong with somewhere being busy and not able to take another but there is a way to approach the situation and this man has nothing but a nasty attitude and the audacity to tell you to come back another day. This place doesn’t deserve my money anyways.

I used to take my dog here, took him like 3 times, they did a pretty good job. Then one day I went in and the owner/​groomer called me a disgusting human being (in Spanish) for not leaving him a tip in a prior visit. At first I thought it was some kind of joke, and laughed it off, then I realized he was being serious. He either had me confused for someone else, or maybe slightly delirious, recalling details about a conversation where I apparently told him he didn’t deserve a tip (I’d NEVER say something like that to someone! !). Anyway, the whole ordeal was kind of traumatising. I definitely will never go back or recommend this place, which is a shame because it’s in a convenient location.

Had our first visit today at Palace and it was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was so kind and treated my two angels just the same from the moment we walked in. They got the full grooming package and I couldn’t be more pleased with their PERFECT cuts & scent. Both pups are Yorkies and if you own one, you know how hard it is to find a groomer who knows how to style their hair well if the clipper cut is not your preference. I’ve been looking for a replacement spot since our usual groomer moved away 2 years ago and I’m so happy it is finally here. Thank you SO much!!! We are so happy!
