Our specialty is giant seafood Paellas cooked in the traditional Spanish style. Our head chef originates from Zaragoza, Spain and has been cooking Paellas for most his life. We do private parties, birthdays, communions, anniversaries, weddings and any other type of event.

History

Established in 1999.

We have been in the miami market for 13 years. We’ve had the pleasure of participating in many community events such as Carnaval on the Mile and the Coconut Grove Arts Festival as well as Calle Ocho. We’ve also had several celebrity clients stemming from Steven Tyler from Aerosmith to Ricky Martin just to name a few. But what keeps our business running are our private clients who we help celebrate birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, communions and any other special event in their lives.

Business Owner

My name is David Calavia. I was born in Zaragoza, Spain and moved to Miami in the 1980’s. I started this business with my family because I love sharing my knowledge of Spanish cuisine and I like seeing people enjoying my food. Paella is one of the most traditional and popular dishes in Spanish culture. I wanted to bring that to Miami so that I could always feel close to home.
