Ocean Moving and Storage – Miami’s Best Movers

TRUST ME DON’T DO BUSINESS with this company. PLEASE for your own sake. Just look at all the negative reviews!
They lie. Period. They will tell you want you want to hear to «steal» your money.
They told me, on the phone, that I could get my deposit back up to 2 days before the move if I wanted to cancel. When I canceled at 2 days they told me 1 – 3 days and Ill have my return. After 1 week I contacted and was given a number to call. Every time I called I got a message saying, «this person is on the phone». I contacted the sales manager again and was told that I never called or left a message and that it required 3 days advanced notice. I mean seriously? Telling me what I did and didn’t do. Ok like I don’t know what I did or didn’t do and then lying about what you told me. STAY AWAY.

I could write a novel explaining how unprofessional these people are but it’s not worth my time. Trust me don’t use them! Try your luck with someone else because your lose with Ocean Moving Storage.
