Nu-Way Towing Service

The WORST!!! Never use them. My husbands bike didn’t start so we called Ducati services and they located this towing company; they arrived late with a vehicle towing not a bed for a motorcycle… And just like that. They just said they can’t do it and left us hanging. HORRIBLE!

Horrible … Do not deliver gas? Part of tow truck service … So all about money then!!!

It took so long for the tow truck to show up that I ended canceling my reservation. I was initially informed it would take 20−30mins at the 45 min mark I called and the young lady who I originally spoke to informed that the driver was down the street from my location and should be there any minute. It’s now been 60 mins and there’s no truck in sight. I call back at the 65 minute mark and she tells me the driver is there but somehow keeps making the wrong turn to get on the road where I was located. I finally inform if he isn’t there in the next 5mins I’m going to call another company. That is when the rep hung up in my face as if I was in the wrong for wanting quality service. Called Alpine towing and they showed up in 15 mins. Simple fast efficient.

Omg customer service is the best! My expensive car broke down in the middle of a not so safe area in town and I was freaking out the lady who picked up the phone was like my therapist! Lol and they came super fast with a platform truck which is the only way to toe my super low super expensive car which isn’t mine actually it’s my friends so u can imagine how nervous I was and the price was unbelievable cheap! Hooray for this towing company! :) tks guys!

I needed a convenience tow and Nu Way offered a good price. I had a very patient and punctual driver, and Grace in the office was available by phone the whole day to help me out. Very courteous and helpful! I’ve never had a good towing experience until today!

This past Saturday I broke down. All I have to say is that the gentleman that showed up was awesome. Hr gave me a quick fix to get me home and saved me the tow. This is what customer service is all about. If I am in need of a tow NuWay is who I am calling.

This company & their drivers have decided to be vultures to our business. We have used street parking on NE 4^th for years with no problem, now they have decided to make it a mission to bother us.
Tow truck drivers are rude, offer no ‘cash drop’, no common courtesy warning (they know where we are) and continue to harass our clientele. We’re in contact with the local police commander (ILLEGAL TOWING) and are filing a complaint with the BBB. This company represents all that is wrong with Miami.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Okay so no one likes to get towed and thankfully I don’t really have anything to compare this service to, BUT if I ever wanted to be towed again, I’d definitely call this place!
My car insurance (progressive) covered this and sent someone out. It took about an hour for them to arrive, but given miami traffic and the time of day (4:45 was when I called, around 6 was when he arrived) I was okay with it. I was sweating bullets when the hottie, I mean, tow trucker arrived and he very generously offered me a bottle of water from a cooler. Now I’m sure they do this with everyone b/​c they were nice little bottles advertising the company, but it made me feel special in light of my current situation. He also suggested I sit in the cab of the truck so I could get some a/​c. Also, he was very attractive which added a little smile in the awfulness of a broken car. Conversation was the norm — where are you from? what’s your job? the weather, but at least there wasn’t too much awkward silence. He delivered my car at the mechanic and was off.
I wish I had caught his name b/​c unfortunately I had no cash on me (who can predict breaking down and needing cash for a tip?!) and would like to make it right. I did, however, have a «you’ve been Unilocaled» card and left that so, Mr. Hot Tow Trucker, let me know your name so I can take you out for drinks!
